      @@kayfhung1270 thank goodness I am. I'm using a pushup bar for this and the pushup is a little bit tilted. Thus, I lost balance and fell on my face while having my weight pushed onto my neck. That's one hell of an experience but hey

    I have a 10s wall handstand (feet only toutch it on the kick up) and sometimes a 5s with kick up, I really dont like the kick up because I lose balance and lose straigth arms etc.
    Should I try this to be me my main entry to handstand instead of the kick up?
    My strength is also pretty decent, I can do 3x3 handstand push ups (good form) so I dont see that much problem pushing up.
    Love to hear your advice. Keep up man!

    I can do 10 handstand push-ups on the wall but I'm struggling to find balance with the kick-up handstand (I usually start to walk on my hands but I can't stand still). Do you guys think this will be easier for me? Thank you

    • @lucas59190
      @lucas59190 6 років тому +4

      Federico Ponzin stop walking in handstand, kick and if you move one hand it's loose, start again and again until you fix it. And no press tuck handstand is harder cause you use the push strength of your shoulder and your core.

    • @ricardobrito6868

      To get to the tuck, you can first start practicing on something higher that elevates your feet, like some parallel bars. Then with time you get stronger and you will be able to tuck on the floor. At first the tuck seemed like mission impossible for me. But after practicing on some parallel bars for some time, I was able to do it on the floor. Now I am working towards the second step. You can get it too bro! Good Luck!!
