Bernard Edwards and Nile Rodgers of Chic produced this album and pretty much wrote all the songs and, of course, used the wholeness of Chic--the "Chic Strings" and that's Nile on guitar and Bernard on bass and Tony Thompson on drums (both of Chic's female vocalists, Norma Jean Wright and Alfa Anderson provided backing vocals on most of the album's tracks as well).

This first came out in 1979 then was re released 1n 1984 in the UK unedited or changed....And ive been in the same room as sister sledge !!! back in 1989 in a night club in Blackpool !! they were brought through a part of the club after the performance and me and a couple of friends were cutting through the same area ( and one of them waved back at me from the stage during their performance) Happy times xx
