I've been listening to Tele pickers for 50 years. Ol' Uncle Larry sounds like Danny Gatton learned how to relax a bit, not show off so much and get into a soul/slow groove. This is how I've been aspiring to play for most of my life. I can only describe it as molasses, whiskey and a 20 mg oxycontin.
