For those wondering, DAVID T WALKER and BARRY FINNERTY are participating as guitarists. This is a treasure for any Crusaders fan. Clean live recording. Thanks for the post!!!
Thank You. There are far too many great videos of the Crusaders, and even a few of The Jazz Crusaders (before 1971) to look at slides of the group. Especially, that I've seen them at my own college (The Mt. Hood Jazz Festival) very close up. Thank You, again.
I am very proud to call Houston,Texas my home.!! The home of the Crusaders, Ronnie Laws, Hubert Laws, Kirk Whalum.! As well as Eric Johnson and Billy Gibbons.! Different kind of music, but still very talented.! RIP to the ones that have gone.!🙏🌈
私の心の底から非常にありがとう Thank you ever so very much for sharing such a masterpiece with us! What an awesome live and a great recording as well, but let me please put such a question as whether it is available on a LP or CD? All my attempts to locate one they, alas, laid pitifully flat and gave me NO results at all((. But then, again, guess it would be extremely interesting to know where this very sound track of yours has been sourced from, if you please? Couldn't believe it was recorded live from NHK FM radio broadcast, wasn't it? Anyways, thank you time and time again for your tremendous input/job to share this prescious jazzwork with us!!! Warmest regards from another one, rare lover for jazz, from the West Siberia, Kuzbass)))
Tim Landers was definitely a notch higher than Larry Graham when it came to chops. However,Larry was a total package and a complete artist who invented thumping and plucking on the bass guitar.
Is there a version of this with better audio quality? Especially Put It Where You Want It? I’ve seen some CD covers of this come by on UA-cam and Google with better audio quality, but not Put It Where You Want It.
This is a homage....An incredible musical Feast!!
あの時のあのライブ。当時NHKのFMから流れてきたあのライブ。懐かしくて涙が出ます。ありがとうございます。
俺も泣いてる😂みんな泣いてる

Rock ON 🖤
大好きなSweet N' Sour本当にかっこいいな!いつ聴いても最強で最高!
Thanks for sharing!

I couldn't hear the difference to judge but then opinions, everybody got them
@@alsmithsr4296 Opinions from a retired bass player.
@@gautamdevgun333 Good,in still a bass player.
@@alsmithsr4296 I rest my case.

I only have this sound source, and it's been almost half a century, so I don't remember where I got it from.
