Yes, of course it's wrong to marry someone who is already married to someone else. Divorce and all immoral behavior God hates. We 'humans' like to assume He won't be angry at us for our failure to abstain from doing wrong, but, He's a FATHER...and FATHER's discipline their kids. Can you give a little more context on Matthew 19:16 and Jesus response in Matthew 19:17. I hear some people use this dialogue to show how Jesus is not God and how the person talking to Jesus was being rude in calling him teacher so Jesus responded in a sharp-witted answer.
That would be true for an unbeliever, but not for the man that has been born again of the word of God. If you are born again, you are in Christ and a new man spiritually. 2 Corinthians 5:17-21. Ephesians 3:16-19 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man, That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith, that you being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height, and to know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge, that you might be filled with all the fulness of God. So, if you have been reborn, you have a new heart that will lead you and guide you into all truth, and you will be trusting in Christ, not your feelings or emotions, but the Spirit of God that lives in you.
You can trust in God and in His Word. Though we experience natural emotions, we cannot be ruled by them and let them dictate everything you think and do. As a Christian, you must learn to rule over your own desires, and instead be guided by God. You have to discipline and starve out your flesh so that Christ & God’s spirit can grow in you.
Gods word is truth, life and the only way to true happiness!

There are too many Bibles you cannot trust. We are humans with instincts, and emotions. You cannot just turn them off.
