I keep commenting how tiring things have been for me. Hard, tiring. Issues upon issues, mainly with hubby while I try to carry everything on my shoulders while having depression. Just tired, mentally, all the time except in the mornings when I have a couple of quiet hours to myself. It feels that it's been getting harder and harder. I have not been able to go into the feeling for many months now.
BUT, I remember to have faith in what I had imagined and felt before. And I also know from my small experience that it does seem to get darker before the breakthrough. So I've been keeping my faith despite it all.

Do you know what you don’t want? You can turn those around to what you want instead. Keep a digital or paper journal and see this list at the start and/or end of your day. You can simply read the list or have an imaginary conversation as though all on the list is already done or enter an intentional daydream with the same premise. If atm you don’t have any wants and there’s nothing you don’t want then simply be and enjoy life in its fullness as it is right now.

Hmmm before I used one public domain photos of nature per video. Did you enjoy that more? Anyways UA-cam Partners Program doesn’t allow that so fir the majority of videos I have to film the majority footage and put in enough edits so I combined my manifested dream of Japan at a time when the borders were closed for a few years and I combine it with my love of food here.
