Hi. I don't know what your situations are, but there was a time when I was also suffering from really bad depression and anxiety and well, stress is something I still deal with to this day. Not doing great in your carrier, not being financially satisfied are some of the reasons for me. But I tried to go out to talk to people just because. And being social really helped me in becoming stronger and dealing with all those negative emotions. There are different things that help different people but I think disconnecting from the online world and going for a walk in the nature will really help. hope to see to become your best self. And everything is going to be alright.

Hi. I don't know what your situations are, but there was a time when I was also suffering from really bad depression and anxiety and well, stress is something I still deal with to this day. Not doing great in your carrier, not being financially satisfied are some of the reasons for me. But I tried to go out to talk to people just because. And being social really helped me in becoming stronger and dealing with all those negative emotions. There are different things that help different people but I think disconnecting from the online world and going for a walk in the nature will really help. hope to see to become your best self. And everything is going to be alright.
