*R.A. The Rugged Man should be like the 13th honorary member of Wu-Tang, son kept sword sharp for decades*
why you talkin like you're on spartacus
@aa aa Cappadona is 10 and offical member, Redman is an honorary member and like 100s of affilates
@@Retrokiller wasn't the godfather of noise also an official member? Razel
That has to go to redman
The MCs in this track are all over 40 and have more energy and skill than 99% of those so called upcoming "rappers". (the skill part is self evident tho)
Because young artists don't have freedom. The industry is monopolized and the monopoly is treating artists like farm animals exterminating anyone who stands out.
@@patrickpritchard1498 fair point, but tbh it's not like they're held hostage and are forbidden to make meaningful content or to be radical. RA is a good example, he got fucked pretty bad by the industry for holding on to his integrity and i'm pretty sure people will listen to his songs in 40 years instead of lil pumps and the other lifeless new artists of today. But i see your point. Not everyone has the brains or the guts to break the mold.
@@proof-xx1vv they are though, marketing has bought up all the radio and tv spots. If you are an artist, you will never touch as many people as the monopoly does everyday.
@@patrickpritchard1498 I highly doubt that all radiostations and independent feeds are bought up. Well, for me it's not really the biggest issue. People will find your music eventually, and nowadays youtube and all the other social media exists for reaching out but not everybody looks so it's only a select few who do start to listen. The problem is within the listeners, if they choose to listen to skillful rappers then the industry would likely shift their attention to that subset of artists instead of the cookie cutter types since that's where the most profitable marked would lie (by assumption). So it's the sheep-like behavior of the listeners that makes originality harder to succeed.
@@proof-xx1vv in NY as soon as a station gets popular it gets bought up and starts playing lady gaga or something.
Can we all take a moment and appreciate that Ghost brought his A game for a R.A. feature. That's a rare honor.
yea he was always my fav wu member. he crushed this song!
💯
They been friends since the late 80s and ghost face is the real wu member from what I’ve hear and read he was legit back in the day
they thirsty for real music
I'm 100/100 saying roots crew vs juice crew and I can't even stop knowing I'm wrong

Had to put Chris rivers in the cuz he couldn't get pun..danmm
God damn Ghost sounds like he recorded "Ironman" just yesterday on this song. Thats why he will forever be my favourite Wu member.
That's a heavy statement right there!!!
GZA is my favorite Wu-Tang member.
@@RyanArmstrongWinterHawk gotta be ODB for me. I love his unhinged flow and just bizarre delivery. Plus, his drunken freestyles are better than most modern day rappers sober.

Jeeeezzz this is musical perfection, the flow, the beat. This is FIRE.
Reminds me of old wutang.

The transition for G Rap is sick too
@@Hellgz true
I had fun imitating their vices for the transitions (and the “ain’t nothin to f*ck with” intro). Beat box vocal scratching is underrated!
@@CarnageXXXL that was you?
Wowwww
I'm a simple man. I see anything from RA or the Wu Tang and I click the video. BUT WHEN IT'S BOTH OH MY GOODNESS. Ghostface went IN 🔥
G. Rap killed it.
ghost faced iron manned this shit
ya man that ghostface verse is straight fire, one of his best.
RA literally gathered all the best rappers to put out the most legendary album of the year. Its amazing.
Everything Kool G Rap touches turns to gold.
This song restored my faith in hip hop
Man this is so fire. Everyone stays spitting hard on track and the beat is so fly.
is it really that fire or is everything else now of days just so shit.

Dragon Fire! Gives me a natural high like hip hop is back for a moment during this album! R.A is truly one of the greats, possibly THE greatest rapper alive in terms of originality, individuality and bare lyrical ability

I love how they can say something simple like "this shit makes birds flee from their branches" and it just sounds so. Fucking. Raw.
Because it's creative.
This whole album is an actual masterpiece. Litterally all the songs here are amazing and there is not a single bad song. It deserves WAY more credit and should've won a grammy
I agree in how amazing this record is. But like Flav said. Who gives a fuck about a God damn Grammy?
This is one of the hardest hip-hop tracks I heard in a LONG time!

I'm so glad I discovered RA fairly recently, better late than never! This dude is criminally underrated!

Jesus Christ, these Singles are 🔥! Thanks for keeping it Hip Hop R.A.!
The worth and dignity of a soul is measured by what it delights in! And delight/happiness is our highest desire.
Men have killed to have it. Kings have gone mad trying to find it. Wars have served it. Affairs have worshiped it. We all seek it.
Sadly, billions have died without discovering its secret... namely, that joy is not an it, but a He.
The Gospel is the good news that sinners can delight in a Holy God. It's the good news that all of our deepest desires are satisfied in the ONE who sent His Son to bring us to Him.
God is so valuable and so satisfying that the most loving thing he could do for us is to make Himself gloriously indispensable. He is the only being in the universe for whom self-exaltation is the highest virtue.
Therefore, God's commitment to be glorified and our goal to be satisfied are not at odds but come to simultaneous consumation in the worship of His Son... who took upon Himself the Wrath that God had towards us in our sinful disregard of Him. A wrath that could never be appeased through man-made religion.
Jesus didn't die to turn the world into a paradise, he died so that we could stop seeking paradise in the world...
Temporal things such as beauty, popularity, money, sex, racial identity, gender reassignment... can never truly satisfy. BECAUSE WE WERE MADE FOR SO MUCH MORE!
We were made to gaze intently into the Eternal Beauty of a majestic King, Father, and God... meet Jesus the Christ.
Life is hard, God is good, Glory is coming
😊... Thanks for taking the time to read this comment.
May God bless you with all things necessary for life and goodness.
God Bless!
It's like going back in the day except it ain't a fucking throwback in any way. This straight up made it onto the playlist that hasn't been updated for a decade.
The way it’s meant to be. No nonsense just straight forward emceeing with a banging beat.
R A the Rugged man and Masta killa killed it
Ra the rugged man: the only white boy that could be in wu tang
I’m excited I preordered the album 2 weeks ago
Remedy.....sorry haha had to correct u
downtownhumanoid yeah wasn’t he in killa bees?
he made his wu debut on The Swarm which was RZA presents The Killer Bees, the track "Never Again". I dont think that the Killa Bees were an actual group so much as a compilation of Wu affiliates. You want a banger check out the track Code Red by Remedy.
downtownhumanoid good looking on the info downtown. Definitely will check that track out.
JoJo Pellegrino is affiliated too...
I wish he had a rza verse on this track. Rza would merk this beat. Shit is nice tho!
You mean GZA right? Lol RZA would ruin this track
Jared Marshall what homie. Rza is a beast on the mic! You trippin bro. Rza comes with that madness, that wicked shit. Gravediggaz style
