I know a person, Abhishek Kumar Garg. He is an IAS of Himachal Pradesh Cadre of 2019 batch. He got an AIR 456 with EWS.
He is someone whose family lives in one of the most posh localities of Bokaro Steel City. He has 4 storeyed bungalow, and used to drive a Scorpio even to take home some grocery. His father is a big contractor and a local political leader. He has studied in expensive schools and colleges. I still remember, when he was selected, his family members wanted to keep the results low key because they did not want anyone to notice the fraud that he did to get into IAS.

Gave 6 attempts ..five times mains.....though I had chance of getting EWS certificate, but never used, as I am educated and employed.....in 5 mains..once I got highest marks in essay..once in ethics...once in optionals....once in polity...no consistent marks in. Public administration...but I am always short of cutoff in general category and greater than OBC marks......I left private job, unemployed for 4 years....delayed marriage......now I am working on state public service..hardwork dint go in vain....but when I realised my hardwork captured by some persons with just fake certificate.....😢

My 6 attempts are over. Gave mains thrice. Missed mains cutoff by 36 marks, 2 marks and 10 marks respectively. I have even cleared forest prelims cutoff twice. But this time, I failed in prelims in my last attempt. My family is dependent on agriculture. But, I never used EWS quota because I myself is working. It was so difficult for me to study while doing full time job. Leaving job was never an option for me because my family is dependent on me completely. But these so called fake EWS people had enough luxury to sit at home full time and prepare for this exam. Nature of the exam is such that a person can fail at any stage even with high level of preparation. After sufficient hard work, the exam is completely luck based. Those people who have good luck during the exam day will be seen on youtube telling success strategy. Those with bad luck blame themselves and have no other option other than QUITTING. Now, I have started my own UA-cam channel to teach aspirants for free.

APFC Exam last year was fully doubtful. But nothing has been done by UPSC. UPSC isn't sacrosanct anymore.
I am from obc category but always filled the form with general category because I’ve always got that luxury of studying in a reputed school and got much of opportunities even though i was told by my family to go with obc quota and use it which is genuine even but i told them about being integral and ethical but this is what i get being genuine 😂😂😂

Great points. Great vlog. UPSC and DoPT REALLY needs to take a hard look at EWS and disability reservations. All definitions need to be revamped so that only the truly deserving get these reservations and no one is just giving a certificate to get into premier services. AIIMS and other medical check up should be super strict so that no one can game the system to get into premier services using these reservations.
Many cases of Aiims rejecting deserving real pwd and giving clearance to fake once..
This scam initially got out in 2012. In RTI reply UPSC stated they have burns down all answer sheet as per policy so couldn't show. Tell how to deal with such rascal authority.
I personally know 12 people in my village who got government job with help of fake handicapped certificate this year in Maharashtra

This is so sad to witness these glaring inequalities .I cannot understand why was a visually impaired man with rank 230 given PONDICS ??? Why are people from IIT joining civil services , they get technical education and good salaries. CSAT has been made tougher and tougher so that these engineers can crack easily and simple humanities graduate cannot make it through. I wish I had understood about the system being so unfair and flawed. It bleeds my heart that I spent years and years in preparation and always blamed myself, maybe I did not study enough to was not meant to clear the exam but to know people use mental illness also to avail PWD .I developed anxiety during the exam process but I had no idea that this can be used as a medical category. This one case has literally opened a Pandora's box and its given many the courage to speak openly. I hope we can look into the system and have the best minds from different fields form a committee and introduce a transparent and bullet proof process to bring changmaker''s to our society. In the end, Reservation was meant to be a common leveller and facilitator of equality across groups but I when non-deserving candidates are abusing this power then it looses its very cause. I think its high time we let go of reservation in its current form because its clearly not working. I hope those in power today have the courage and gumption to make a historic change for the better of our nations tomorrow. We need to stop medical students and engineers from entering civils. If they want to serve, let them practice for a minimum 10 years in their field and then join through lateral entry , like in public health roles and particular engineering based roles.

I am a general student and my step family does not give me the document of the only piece of land on which our house is constructed. We do not have any other land and this house is the only piece of land we have. I am 100% eligible as per EWS criteria. Still my parents do not give me the land document to be taken to the block office because they feel that I may fraudulently take hold of the house. So despite being eligible(rather the most eligible person among all the EWS filling candidates), I am still unable to fill EWS.
Even SSC officers, PCS officers children fill EWS.
And hence, as a general filling candidate, I have to compete with general filling senior officers' and the ultra-rich businessmen's children. (EVEN THESE PEOPLE WOULD HAVE FILLED EWS , HAD THEIR PARENTS NOT BEEN IN POSITIONS OF SO MUCH LIMELIGHT) .So please do me a favor (and perhaps that will not be a favor just to me but it will be a favor to you also. Your seats will increase.) Kindly start a movement and ask the government to close down the EWS.
Let me have a fair competition at least with fellow general students. (I do not even want sympathy for stepfamily and zero land. And plz no bad words for my papa and stepmom, because whatever be the case, i will remain grateful that she gives me food and lets me stay in the house,)

No, please don't say like that we are paying huge amount of tax (by Direct as well as Indirect Tax). We want Qualitative Officers with proper selection process in our country not corrupt. We are paying taxes to this country our parents already paid so much taxes Direct and Indirect both and also as a Citizen of this country also we can question, we have the rights to question this system. This not a private firm where referral will be favoured (In private firm we don't pay anything to them so it's there choice). So if this system who are already making this corrupt officers favoured so we should question them and even we should go against them.

bhaisab aapne bilkul sahi kaha. iska ek solution main suggest karunga. Jab bhi koi upsc ya kisi exam main quota, ews, ya disabled ka benefit lena chahata hai, to ye manditaory karen us exam body ke liye ke aise candidates jinohne benfit claim kiya hai, aur exam successfully clear kiya hai, unka result final karne se pehle unki list with full name, address, rank, quota, disablity etc details major news papers main publish karen aur koi objections hain to , say 15 din main logon se mangaye. Jiska ek bhi objection nahi aata unki posting final karen aur jahan objections aaye hain unki detailed scrutiny ho aur genuiness confirm hone par hi unka result final karen.
I think UPSC and DoPT ke officers bhi issme involved hai .... UPSC APFC ka paper bhi leak hua hai

Iske sath bhi jo graduation(MBBS) usne NCL-OBC ke certificate se kiya wo dismiss hona chahiye tha. jiske according wo bina graduation k UPSC nahi de sakti ispe bhi baat honi chahiye thi..Kahin ye Pooja khedkar ko serious consequences se bachane ki sajis to nahi hai?????

सर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस डालना चाहिए।अभी तक जितने लोग इस EWS/PwBD/ OBC non creamy layer SC/ST फर्जी कोटा से जितने लोग UPSC में घुस रहे है उनको नौकरी से हटाना चाहिए।

नहीं सबसे ज़्यादा मिसयूज़ ews का हो रहा है जो की ewsआर्थिक रूप कमजोर के लिए है आर्थिक कमजोर व्यक्ति UPSC या अदर रिलेवेंट तक पहुँच ही नही पाता,क्यूंकि वो कमजोर होता हैं उसके पास मुखर्जी जैसे नगर में कोचिंग करने के पैसे नही होते हैं ऐसे मे ews का अनुचित लाभ वो लोगे लेते है जो आर्थिक कमजोर नही है जिनकी income लाखो- करोडो मे है

If u searched state psc service's or other service's also you find that Most of the candidate who got service's through using Fake reservation Quota..
