Synching is definitely the trickiest part of editing things like this. Going into it I was clueless about what could substitute for certain things but it all fell into place. Thanks for the compliments!
The timing isn't perfect, but good God man it has HEART, and that makes it work BETTER than Isengard's metal and wheels ever could. Don't be Afraid to post a Pint of Longbottom Leaf! 💖
That was awesome. I've been thinking about doing something with the Dark Knight trailer, but I couldn't figure out what footage to use. But this was flaweless.
Thanks, bro! Yea I've always felt proud of this video...glad to see you and a few other folks picking up on the analogies between the two universes because I know a few people I've shown it to that it didn't register with, haha.
I use Adobe Premiere, pretty sleek program too. I'm still learning a lot about it. Thanks for the comments and I'm glad you enjoyed it so much!! I tried to transition everything parallel to the TDK trailer and still keep it relevant to the chronology of LOTR's story points.
your last trailer mashup was brilliance (aka your "Dark Knight"). This one is more of a "Batman Begins," in that it's a well-executed concept, but just doesn't work quite as well (such as having Sam voice two characters, the facial expressions not quite matching the dialogue, small things like that) However, you're definitely 2/2 at this point. Keep it up!
Hah, I've been toying with several magic trick scene ideas already but Grima hadn't crossed my mind until you mentioned him! Definitely potential there. Lovin' the feedback guys so if you have anymore ideas I'm always open to suggestions!
Thanks for all of the comments, guys! I wish I could respond to each one individually but I sincerely do appreciate all of the feedback. Be sure to check out my newest mash-up (finally!)..."The Social Inception"!
WOW!!! That was awesome!!! I was actually smiling throughout some of it because it was so good. You got quite alot of the voices in synch! I loved Sam's 'Endure' And 'That's more like it Mr Wayne' I love the name for it as well, what program did you use?
Haha, it just takes some playing around with. I'm not an expert at it yet by any means, but its a comprehensive program. I definitely recommend a second look at it.
Extremely awesome! Gollum as joker! Funniest thing ever!

I loved all the parts with gollum. He is the perfect joker in the lord of the rings! I can't wait to see more of these!
Wow, the sounds synced up so well! Great job! And Sam=Alfred? Win.
That was awesome. I've been thinking about doing something with the Dark Knight trailer, but I couldn't figure out what footage to use. But this was flaweless.
WELL DONE! You matched the voices up really well.
Great vid. I could just imagine The Joker in Middle-Earth. "If the Ring is not given to Sauron in ten hours, then...I will blow up Gondor." lol.
Absolutely excellent job..thanks for the treat.
