What a collection (and it’s only a part of it)! … I always wanted to read the Southern Resch books, I liked the movie and I love the theme of a contaminated, otherworldly zone, much like in ROADSIDE PICNIC.
@@SixStringSamur4i I’ve wanted to read the southern reach as well. I don’t like the movie even though I thought I would going into it. So I hope the books are better
"Snow Shark?" "Horror of the Blood Devils?" "Ballad of the Werevixens?" 😂 I'll admit that much of it is pretty far from my standard reading fare, but you have a fun collection, sir. Looking forward to seeing what kind of science fiction you have. Sounds like your grandmother could be quite the charmer. I can sympathize; there were some old German farm folk in my clan who could get mouthy, tactless, and downright mean. However, I was fortunate to have parents who provided enough of a buffer that it rarely got to me all that much. Thanks for the video, and enjoy your November reading!
@@BryanM.R.-prionic1 yeah I have some weird ones! They are mostly fun and goofy. I agree sometimes people don’t realize how much they degrade others. Thanks for watching!!
as always you have a very cool and interesting collection. id be here forever if i had to comment on even a fraction of them but i will say that the book Cows from Mathew Stoke is apparently so bad that im sure every copy is made out of rat poison lol
You're the only person I've seen talk about Severed Press. You've got me so curious. It's like The Asylum production company, but for books.
@@BadTasteBooks yes that’s a great comparison. I love a lot of the asylum stuff!! Severed has some great stories for such!
Your collection is amazing. I love seeing all your books. Happy reading 📖
@@Obsessive-reader Thank you! Thanks for watching.

@ It seems that this whole „mystic, unexplained zones“ theme is not your thing 😉
@@SixStringSamur4i I like the idea but I think the movie wasn’t super clear. Roadside picnic definitely wasn’t my thing.
@ You mean clear in the way things are explained or rather not explained? I love movies and books that keep you guessing…
@SixStringSamur4i yeah I think it wasn’t fully explained and so it was a bit confusing even though the idea was good!

Yes I’ve heard it is very disgusting. I’ve also heard it kinda that new style that is just gross to be gross. Thanks for watching!!
