Time Paintings

A stroll through of Matthew Simpson's 2024 exhibition at the No Vacancy Gallery in the Melbourne CBD. The exhibition was called Time Paintings and featured 21 abstract paintings, most with titles of geological features, such as Clint and Tombolo. The paintings represented past and present styles emphasising the visual element of line with the largest piece, Christmas, painted in 1999.
