- On April 25, 2024, after an extreme street battle with the Reverse Flash, our city's very own Scarlet Speedster disappeared in an explosion of light... or did he?
It's hard to believe that April 2024 is actually here and we are living in it, back in 2014 it seemed so far away. I tried my best to create an edit that could live up to the crisis that was prophesied in the very first episode of The Flash a decade ago. Funny yet sad thing is that today is not just the day the flash vanished but is the day of our family cat passing away in 2020 today but I made sure today was going to be a great day and doing that by watching season 1 of the flash

Meh, it's like reminiscing about youth. You forget that half of it was boring, tedious and waiting for something to happen.
The Crisis is now upon us.
This makes a lot more sense because Flash throws lightning on Barry (younger version) which strikes Barry then Barry/Flash (from the future) runs in the pipeline and creates the portal to go back to the future. At the same time Harrison Wells (Eobard Thawne 2014 version) is starting Particle Accelerator Explosion.
Other part is when Future Barry/Flash reached his present he then fought with Reverse Flash and the crisis took over and that Barry including Reverse Flash vanishes in the Crisis and this timeline changed because Barry was struck by his future version flash's lightning and we saw how it goes in the show.
This was amazing!! 10/10 this is better than I thought it would be oh god you made this very good!

Man i Love this edit. You Should've also used the scene where Oliver and Barry had a conversation on the roof top in Flash's pilot episode.
I felt like I overused that scene in A LOT of my edits. I kinda did include it as a voiceover though.

I do like Todd's idea of Barry being trapped in the future, and basically saves himself by becoming the lightning bolt.
It's a better explanation of him vanishing,then just going into a portal and dying.

I left the ending of this edit up to interpretation because I didn't just wanna kill Barry off for the sake of having him die. I think you'll like how he "vanishes" in this video.
Other edits i've seen are going back to that night,and then dying for some reason.
I know you've done a fantastic job, it's just that when it comes to the other edits there's no purpose or reason behind it which makes sense. At least to me.
