I purchased online but was TERRIFIED of missing the delivery… I live in a major city and if you leave a package out for 5 minutes, it’ll disappear. That’s one of the downsides of ordering online with Hermes. They also will not redirect to a local carrier access point for pick up either which is bullshit since the value of the item is insane. Hermes has terrible customer service.
I was so scared as well but I got them to redirect the parcel to a local post office so I could pick it up. Because I initially gave them the wrong address!! Lol 😂 definitely would be terrified about purchasing such a high value item online 😅
