I was there, nice premiere. Sound recording from official television is a bit weak, other from private recorder gotta unfortunately deleted from youtube but it sounded much better.
The one black guy is one of the best singers in an all male choir who has lived in Latvia for like 20 years and now calls it his home. He's more of a latvian than a lot of people born in Latvia
