    Chicken 65 - Egg Biryani
    Ingredients:-
    For Rice Cooker Biryani
    Basmati Rice- 3 cups
    Whole Garam Masala - 1 tsp
    Onion- 2
    Ginger garlic paste- 1 tb spn
    Tomatoes- 2
    Chilli powder- 1 tb spn
    Coriander powder- 1 tb spn
    Cumin powder- 1 tsp
    Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
    Green chillies- 5
    Mint Leaves- few sprigs
    Chicken bones
    Saffron Water- 1 tsp
    Salt - To Taste
    Oil - 2 tb spn
    Water - As Required
    Method:-
    In pan add oil, whole garam masala, onion, salt and sauté it. Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, green chillies, mint leaves, water and chicken bones. Let it Boil for 10-12 minutes covered. Now remove the bones and discard.
    In rice cooker add soaked basmati rice, water in 1:2 rice to water ratio and switch on the rice cooker. Add 1 tsp of oil, and salt.
    When almost all the water is absorbed by rice make a well in center and saffron , mint leaves, brown onions on the edges.
    And add prepared masala paste as shown in the video.
    For Chicken 65- Fried Eggs
    In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, crushed pepper, garam masala, coriander powder, flavouring salt, chilli powder, curry leaves, corn flour, lemon juice, water, red colour, salt and mix it well . Now marinate chicken pieces and boiled eggs in the for 30 minutes. Then deep fry chicken pieces in medium hot oil till cooked. Flash fry the eggs in same oil.
    Now serve it as shown.
