You are so right! I've had the pleasure of speaking with him briefly 7 or 8 times and he couldn't be a more kind man! (hats off also to Max Michel and Doug Koenig who are also very nice men considering their fame, but Jerry is the best!)
I can see the revolver video summary now… 1:000 shot 1 1:001 shot 2 1:002 shot 3 … pause … 1:004 shot 4 1:005 shot 5 1:006 shot 6 ME: Rising from tying my shoes, “Hey, did i miss anything?”
Outstanding as usual. Congratulations, Jerry! You're the reason I started shooting wheel guns and competed in IDPA with a 686 Pro Series. I tell people that if you can master the double trigger on a revolver, every other trigger you pull feels like cheating. Your positive attitude, hard work, and humbleness are second to none. You are most likely the most influential person in competitive shooting sports of all time. Get some!
Yes, absolutely amazing. Congrats to Jerry and a huge thanks to S&W, Hornady, and all the rest of the sponsors. To S&W, a genuine and hearty southern welcome to the great state of Tennessee. We are so glad to have you.
Hats off to you sir. I teach law enforcement officers regularly and often mention you and Ed McGivern in the same breath. Our shooting is a far cry different and not as pleasant but we love to be inspired by you. We are proud of you. Thank you S&W.
Congratulation! Jerry, Smith & Wesson, and Hornady. Super combination of speed, craftsmanship and technology. I've been watch Jerry for years. He's an inspiration to all.....Keep on shooting!
Sometimes you just gotta go with what you know! Mr. Jerry, you never seem to not amaze me! Wow, what a performance! Always try & try again to get better! Now that’s something that I to strive to do every day for myself, my family, & Ultimately Jesus Christ!
Congrats Jerry. Truly amazing accomplishment(s) he has a lifetime of shooting performances that will be remembered for many years to come. Inspires me to keep training!
"Howd the gun feel? Never felt it , that wasnt my problem my problem is to see the guns gonna work,i just have to get it to the next target" man i can not tell you how much i love this line, the old way(the right way) of thinking is just pure gold, and we need more of it.
Congratulations JM. It's a wonder you don't need a Tax Stamp for that finger! You are the GOAT of revolver shooters plus, not too bad with anything that goes bang, LOL! Best to ya',,,,!
Simply astonishing! According to the "experts" in human performance, fast-twitch muscle fibers are the first to decline with age. Thanks for proving them wrong, Jerry; your accomplishments give me motivation to keep plugging!
@@solistas8005 I’m not a heath care provider, so check with your doctor rather than depend on the advice of some random guy on the internet. That said, high intensity resistance training has been shown to be effective. High intensity meaning higher weight load for compound movements. For example, squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull-ups, or equivalent machines for 4-8 repetitions for 3-4 sets 3-4 times per week. Obviously, if you haven’t lifted weights since high school, you will need to work up to that. Also, some low-level plyometrics such as skipping rope might help too. If this sounds too ambitious, anything is better than being sedentary. A daily walk after dinner definitely couldn’t hurt. Good luck!
My first Masters was in 1990 and Jerry and Tom Campbell and Mike Plaxco and Brian Enos were on the S&W team and I have a picture of all 4 of them together. I was 40 at my first big shoot. RIP J.Michael Plaxco he always thought I looked like John Shaw.
WOW! A .20 split with a revolver while transitioning from target to target. What an accomplishment. Well done Jerry.
When he was younger he could do .15 splits.
I believe it.
Pretty sloppy, IMHO … 😉 Haha
Even as fast as he can dry fire the trigger is amazing. With a double action revolver insane.
Yeah I had to watch that part a few times. Insane 4:05
There is not a kinder gentleman and consummate professional in the shooting world than Jerry… Kudos to him and all the best in continued success!
You are so right! I've had the pleasure of speaking with him briefly 7 or 8 times and he couldn't be a more kind man! (hats off also to Max Michel and Doug Koenig who are also very nice men considering their fame, but Jerry is the best!)
You just KNOW someone at the ATF is crying because they cannot figure out a way to ban Jerry's trigger finger and aimbot eyesight....
Ding-ding-ding-ding-ding!
He probably ate his spinach, ergo spinach is a machine gun.
I can see the revolver video summary now…
1:000 shot 1
1:001 shot 2
1:002 shot 3
… pause …
1:004 shot 4
1:005 shot 5
1:006 shot 6
ME: Rising from tying my shoes, “Hey, did i miss anything?”
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I'm crying because I can't figure out a way of banning the ATF.
Jerry Miculek is the man. Astounding performance for any age. The bar has been raised.
WOW! Just WOW! It would probably take me longer than 1.88 seconds just to draw and get my sights on the target!
Congratulations on a lifetime of shooting records and God bless you and your family.
Pure GREATNESS at the finest...... Congrats Jerry!

Are you aware for any specific things to reverse this decline?

Bottom line…. Use it or loose it. Miculek has been doing for decades. However, carpel tunnel etc from repetitive motion not included?? Hmmm….

Dude is an animal behind a revolver. There won't be another like it in our lifetime.
Congrats. Amazing! Jerry likes wheel guns because he sets the pace and doesn't have to wait for the long and slow recoil cycle of autos.
And the legend live on! Exceptional
