Your tea set is gorgeous. That is one of my wishes too. And dear, your dress is beautiful! I would love to see your dresses collection with the one you are wearing now. You look so dreamy pretty in it today.
Your setup for the tea party is incredibly beautiful, Nikita. I also collect teacups and saucers, and teapots. My Mom loved elegant tea things. I plan to have a small tea party soon. Thank you again for sharing, little sister!
Hi! Thats so warming and funny to here! My mother also loved to collect crockery and silver are. I think I’m more into the bone china side of collecting! Id like to here about tour tea party!
Because of this absolutely lovely and informative video of the Royal Albert collection I ended up buying a couple pieces from Macy’s here in the US, since there is a sale! I remember looking at this tea set in mint green and didn’t realize it was the Royal Albert collection. Hehe absolutely obsessed 🤩💕💕. Thank you 😊
Do not buy brand new Royal Albert. New stock is not made in England and is of low quality. I only purchase Royal Albert with specific back stamps that say "England" or "Made in England". Production stopped in England in 2002. Real collectors only buy "Made in England" and not the new crap.
Aw thankyou Karen that is so sweet! I went to the market the other day and found many original royal Albert finds they were displayed so beautifully. I’d love to start collecting more original pieces also.
I love your video! You are adorable, smart and creative🥰💝💐☕️ keep making videos, your online presence is perfect and your videos are a perfect blend of beauty and education. Just fabulous tea ware collection!
It's interesting that you took back the 1970s collection and kept the others. I have the entire collection of the tea cups from the 1900s to the 1990s. I like some more than others but wanted the entire set. In time I think you will see the value of getting the entire set. Also you should check out the 1930s and 1940s cups as you are fond of flowers.
To start off my collection I wanted the brightest colours from the 100 years they really spoke to me and my relationship to afternoon tea in spring and summer. I already adore the 10-40s collection I find them beautiful and remind me of old films of the time. When I have another space to collect them I will be interested in adding a full set of 1910 recency blue with a matching teapot. Thanks for the comment it was so nice to hear your thoughts.
Love your delicate green top and headband, and that color looks great on you. Beautiful new pieces! Thank you for sharing! (Do you mean to say you went 7 years without a teapot?! Gasp! I wouldn’t last a week! Glad you’re back to a full tea cupboard!) I LOVE the pink teacup/trio with the gold roses.
This comment is adorable! Thankyou so much, yes I can't believe it either! I think moving to the uk brought that tea drinking spirit back out of me. Now I cant go a day without a little me time and a teapot. I love that pink one too, it is so different from the other designs which makes me happy!
Girl, you are beautiful and yoir voice is so soothing. I did a No Buy Year in 2018 and 2019. It was an empowering experience. I declutter a lot of things that no longer served me, gave a lot to othet people and use up my nice things on a daily basis. The practice freed up space for new, better things to flow in, including Miranda Kerr's Royal Albert teaset collection given to me on my birthday, which I cherish and have been enjoying almost everyday! Maybe one day I will get the Old Country Rose dinner set for family dinners. Lot of love from Indonesia.
This is such a nice message to read. Thankyou so much this brought some joy into my day. I love the Mirander set. It’s so pretty and feminine. I’m glad you felt amazing on your no buy year. It’s something we should all do as a cleanse!
beautiful! I had to pause and go look these up - I'm in love with several LOL! not even sure where to get them in the US - I get most of my stuff from ebay and etsy
Thankyou lovely! I see many on eBay shipping from the US so you could get local! Sometimes it’s great to look after valentines, Xmas or Easter because some people sell them as unwanted gifts. X
Hello My Dear, just discovered your channel. I too am also lover of tea, fragrance, dining out & especially cooking. ✨ I absolutely enjoyed this video and must now add Royal Albert tea ware to my collection. 💜
Hey Lovie! Thankyou for your lovely comment on my channel. We have similar interests thats great! Royal Albert is such a charm to collect. I display them and use them every few months. 🌸
A big Howdy 🤠 all the way from Texas ! Love love your collection. Quick sad story, I actually saw a pink Royal Albert tea cup at a Thrift store for only $3 USD!! ...BUT.... I didn’t know at the time how valuable these items were 😭, needless to say, I didn’t buy it, my loss.
Oh wow! Isn't that just a funny story, ignorance is bliss. Charity/thrift stores can be so great for designer especially when the owners have no how valuable some of the items that come in are!
I love the 100 year collection! I want the same ones you have in the more pinky shades, i'm planning on getting the full collection at some point, right now I'm bidding on a lady carlyle cup and saucer on ebay 😅
That’s great you’ll always find heaps of good bargains on eBay. I love the latter of the 100 century because they all look very pretty and girly together! The display in the cabinet looks unreal I never get tired of it.
Beautiful teaware! I have some of those patterns myself. You are very fortunate to have the tiered tea stand in the patterns that you have…I have not found those combinations together yet. Enjoy them all💗🌸🫖
Hi lovely. Are they just adorable. I have all the boxes still but I keep them on display in my China cabinet and I tun the lights on at night and just adore them. Thankyou.
@@nikitaamerie: Thank you kindly. So glad you are using your teaware and display them beautifully. I have been collecting teaware for 35 years… I love it and visiting tea rooms when I can. Can’t wait to come to England and go to Claridges and a FB friend’s B&B (Old Post Office).
You sound nearly as posh as the English. I have relatives In Australia they sound totally different to you. It's amusing listening to a posh Australian I like it. 👍 I have absolutely loads of royal albert it has far less value where I live in Wales It's literally one pound a piece in South wales auction houses in England only 90 miles from me it triples In value. Obviously new It's alway expensive. For me what is important in life is to like what you like my personal thing is mid century glass and paperweights but I pick up royal albert easily where I live.
I love that comment! I feel like Australia has many accents that sound similar but different. I don’t think I’m posh but thank you! I find that hilarious that’s its cheaper in your Wales, people in the city get ripped off a lot and they don’t know it. You can always find a good deal in a charity shop. EBay is still pricey in comparison to them. Glass is interesting, my dad used to have old wine bottles from the early 19th century, have a good weekend!
@@nikitaamerie Will do thanks nikita. charity shop were amazing in the u.k absolute bargains until covid happened and they all went online they all sell on ebay now so the last cheap place to find any nice vintage items is carboot sales and even they don't have much good stuff anymore. People are selling their own items on Facebook marketplace or ebay hard to get great deals on many things now. It's changed so quickly. I'd say a 90 percent decline in any decent valuable items unless I go to auction houses then everything in a general auction is a bargain but they are also not getting the top quality items anymore. The wine bottle sounds interesting but I wouldn't want to drink the contents lol.
You have an eye for beautiful things ❤️ I enjoyed the video thank you so much.
Your tea set is gorgeous. That is one of my wishes too.

The way you speak about these items has so much passion, I appreciate your style and this was a joy to watch. Thankyou!

It is ‘without further ado’ not adieu which is French for goodbye and which is also not pronounced ajew
Thanks Chris
Only "Made in England" Royal Albert is worth collecting. Look at those back stamps!
