Although the point of a rooster is to take charge of a flock, I have processed ones that are just too aggressive. They take a long time to cook, even in a pressure cooker. Thanks for your input. The rooster seems to not want to be around when I'm around now , but like you said a week from now, he could be back at his aggressive behavior again. I might still have to process him. I will try one more time, and then he's finished.
