The first time I saw Bialetti moka express I was very excited about it and curious to understand what kind of brewing I was going to get.
Here is my review on this new stovetop appliance .
So it appeared in this video that the two cup Bialetti Mini did not dispense the coffee evenly between the two cups. What we did not see was the difference of dispensed coffee between the two cups after the brew as complete. Just curious as to how much difference in volume of coffee there was between the two cups after the brew completed?
I own the 2 cup version and I found that the uneven pour for mine due to the stove not level. I had to hold it in balance and the coffee came out nicely .. till I almost got burn by the volcano 😂
Is it possible to twist one of the two dispensers to pour all the amount into a single cup?

you clean it the same way you clean a conventional moka.

I see other video that have a lot of cream with mini. Why not this one? Is brikka better for cream?
My 2 cup Brikka makes a lot of crema on a preheated medium stove. If the heat is a little bit too low, it doesn't make much crema. For a gas stove try a low gas flame, and if it's not enough crema increase the heat a little bit each time you brew a pot until you find the right heat setting.
One cup had more coffee
that was due to not spread the coffee inside the filter evenly, my bad!! thanks for watching and for taking your time to leave a comment.
Different sized cups, so one filled more quickly. :)
I find it always does. I have one of these as well and it doesn't matter how well you spread, one of them ALWAYS ends up with more than the other.
I think the mini is silly. The original one is best.
