The Division 2 | level 30 prep for Speed Leveling 30 to 40

In my last video, I showed you the quickest route through the NY story to get your character from level 30 to 40. Today, I'm going to show you how to prep a level 30 character to optimize the run. This is really a one time thing that will take about a half hour to complete, but once done, you shouldn't have to ever do it again.
