Nice video, I think if you add some cuts (without fade) on your narration when you pronounce the last word of a sentence for to long or when the video has more than one second of (unnecessary) silence you can improve your videos a lot.
Your content is interesting, your voice is pleasent to hear and your narration is good and nice to hear, so i think you have much potential to grow bigger with a bit of luck and some improvements.
Anyways, nice video!
