1985 by Haken (guitar playthrough)

So I've been a bit quiet the last few months as I've been working hard on this! This song really pushed my technical abilities. It forced me to up my alternate picking speed by 30% and got me to realise that my string skipping was not up to scratch! I decided to do a live play-through rather than a cover because I wanted to show how accurate (or innaccurate) I could be on a tough song like this. There are mistakes but I loved practicing this song and I hope you dig Haken as much as I do!

Looks like the fatigue took over towards the end there 😆 it happens to the best of us man, getting out of a difficult solo and suddenly your hand just doesn't co-operate anymore for the rest of the song 🤣
