Hey all, something a bit different today since a fair few people said that they wanted to hear more about some of the similarities around the world in regards to the hidden people. You'll have to let me know what your thoughts are on the topic. Do you find it weird, or are these similarities nothing more than coincidences? Have a great weekend everyone and be safe
💫 Faes? Superstitious nonsense. Silly what some people think. 🐰 BUT, I do hope the EASTER BUNNY brings you gorgeous treats this Sunday! 😉 Have a safe and happy weekend, Adam.
Sooo many peoples around the whole world have stories of these "entities"..different places different faces different names, but all describing the same thing. What's more likely..that all these different cultures invented the very same imaginary beings OR these beings are real?
Man, Wait wait wait... 35:08 Nicaragua is a North American Country. Is above Panama's Itsmus. At least you can call it Central American. But South American is far away from the right. And I know it Because I am Costa Rican, we live below them and even we are considered a North American Country.
There’s definitely something going on. Our ancestors knew about it and even though they’re not as technically advanced as we are perhaps our ancestors weren’t stupid by any means. And they were much more in touch with the natural world than we are nowadays.
It's my opinion that on paper we may be more intelligent than our ancestors but as far as practically or realistically for need of better words, they were far more advanced.
Yeah. They tried to warn us. One day we would all be confronting an organization staging a scamdemic and they would become known as The Hidden people. The problem was that they all described them in different languages. Not surprisingly, everyone nowadays treats any WHO employee as a hidden person. Thus said, hidden people. This is why WHO employees usually never show people their ears. So nobody can use ear biometrics to analyze them!
So my wife is from South China, right by the border with Vietnam. Lush jungle just yards from the house. You know when you think you hear someone calling you but your not sure, you usually shout "yea" or "did you call me" One time I thought she had called me from downstairs so I shouted down " what's up" I didn't hear a reply so I called down louder. She came out looking puzzled, I said "did you just call me there"? She said "no" I said "I could have sworn I heard you call me" She got really serious, she told me not to answer back unless I'm 100% sure I heard her calling me. I was a little dumbstruck I didn't know what to say, she got really scared and said she "didn't want me to be taken away". At this point I'm like wtf, so I say "what do you mean taken away?" She goes on to say, when your in the jungle around where she is from if you think you hear someone call your name but your not sure you "you don't call back, you don't look to see, you don't follow the voice, you turn around and you leave". It's common sense in the region she's from. Still gives me chills.
Love this kind of stuff. There’s some truth at the root of every legend. It’s no wonder Native American lore says you never whistle in the woods or at night and never leave the light of the fire at night.
I've never heard that about their lore saying not to whistle in the woods, or at night, but I'm pretty sure I've never done either of those things. When I imagine whistling in either of those situations, it feels like it goes against my instincts. Whenever I'm in the woods, or outside at night away from people, my instinct is to make as little noise as possible while listening to everything around me. I think I would have to force myself to whistle in either of those situations, I would never just do it without thinking.
There's so many cultures around the world, probs never actually knowing each other existed, can't all have 99.999999% the same story for it all to be fake. People in this day n age saying it's all crap have no right to do so as they weren't there, like i wasn't there but i actually believe. I'm a conspiracy theorist & i don't believe everything i was told & taught, esp at school in History class
Hi Adam, I live on the island of Guam and the elders here call them Duendes. The elders tell children not to venture into the woods because they will take children. If they find you disrespectful with the environment including yelling and talking loud, they will make you lost in the jungle. They say if you are walking through the jungle and need to pee, YOU MUST ASK FOR PERMISSION or you will get very sick and will never get well until you go back to the spot where you pee’d and ask for forgiveness.
In Australia we call them hairy men, I'm aboriginal my tribe called them Thilonghoolie or feather foot, mythical little people with magic powers, some are good and some are bad.
I belong to a tribe in South East Asia and here we believe in the little people of the forest- Boit! We believe they are now extinct in Populated places but still exists in the deep forest.. they will either tickle you to death or help you if you have a good heart ! I am of the traditional Animist Shaman religion and we firmly believe they exist
This whole video actually left me with an uncomfortable feeling. In my home my girlfriend and I have had things vanish inexplicably, right after we set them down. We've heard strange noises coming from the other room at night (banging/ scratching), which our dog barks at, and our cats hide from, but when we check it out nothing is there. Our security cameras are regularly unplugged. My girlfriend, myself, and many friends and visitors have heard weird whistling outside our house at night and there have been several times my dog and I booked our asses inside due to what I can only describe as a bad feeling and sense of being watched. Recently we traveled up our local section of the Blueridge parkway, it started to rain but we figured we'd stop to let our dog out before heading back. We both saw this trail and just started walking down it, not saying a word even though we had just agreed we had to leave before the storm hit. It was like we were being drawn down the trail, I remember everything feeling surreal, like a dream. At once all three of us stopped and looked at each other (yes the dog too) and turned and ran out of the forest. When we were driving down the mountain we started to talk again, we both felt this horrible, disgusting, sinking feeling, and this sense that something was waiting for us around the bend on the trail. I know this sounds silly, and doesn't really make sense, but it didn't feel human. Sentient, and aware, but not human. It was like something..other..was waiting for us.
Could someone tell me the name of the waterfall in this video and where about is it. It's a beautiful scenery. I never get tired of looking at it. I have a strong urge to go there and feel its cool water all over my body.
My personal experience with Duendes. In central america. I went to visit my friend who lived in a 2 story shack in a bit of woods by the river. He was working on a flute when I got there. He put it down to hold something , and when he reached for it again it was gone!!! He looked everywhere and we were quite frantic looking around. He mentioned it could have been a duende. This all happened at his shack which had a wooden deck floor with about a foot of space between the dirt. As we were looking my hat got sucked down under the deck thru a space to small for it to fall naturally. I heard that they liked candy. So I sat on a bench outside where I had a view of under the deck, and put a little pack of m&m type candy under the deck. He was still looking around for his flute, and I had looked away but looked back just in time to see the wrapper move! And the candy inside was gone! So I took out my favorite strawberry candy from my purse and held it up and said "I'll give you this candy, if you give back the flute". So I put it there under the deck, and in about 2 minutes his flute was returned to him, as he found it on the other side under the deck where he had looked multiple times before, and the candy was gone too, only leaving the wrapper!!!
I'm from the southern Appalachian mountains and when I was little we were taught to NEVER EVER whistle, sing, or hum after dark. It was something taken very serious.
Basically these are interdimensional beings. Meaning they can have entire civilizations inside a Boulder or tree, or wherever. An older and more advanced species. Some type of what we'd call "portal" technology.
I remember reading a story about an Irish priest who believed in faeries and disappeared. Folks thought they took him. He would refer to them as betwixt man an angel or between both.
My family has been in Vermont for 5 generations now, but originally came from Nova Scotia. It's always been understood by the stories grandmother's told us as children, that there are Fae in many places. They're very clever, proud, and alluring. Never follow them, take anything that's offered, or insinuate with your speech that u might owe them something. Always be respectful of nature and don't sit/crush any spot that looks to b well-kept. They do like to kidnap children and seduce humans🤷♀️ I like to leave pennies and other gifts if I take anything from the forest, and I never follow an intriguing noise when I hike. If you find yourself in a silent place of permanent twilight, keep walking and don't stop to eat berries or drink from any water no matter how much you want to! If you're lucky, you'll walk back out of their land eventually if you're lucky.
Wow see these details right here are the ones that are rare to find...I believe all of it what you said... I mean might sound crazy but sounds to good to be bullshit....I've been in an awkward silence like that and I remember perfectly I was with a friend as soon as I noticed no nature sounds I mentioned it to my friend cuz he didnt catch it and I didnt want to sound insane as I am the only one interested in this...and so my instinct was to keep walking and talk about something else....not pay to much attention not even look back..kinda creepy thinking about it.
Yes! I can’t even comprehend the amount of fear one must’ve felt to be running and leaving everything behind like that. What kind of powers they must poses to gain this kid of control over a person’s mind 😬
Love this. In Costa Rica we have the duende. They look like small children, barefoot and dressed in colorful clothes. They are found in rural areas, near rivers, where vegetation is dense, and were said to haunt coffee plantations. They would lure children away to play with them and get them lost. My grandmother saw them when she was a child. They could be kind and helpful but also mischievous and vengeful.
*Three types of hidden people are most common in folklore.* All types can be either good or bad to humans. *1)* Nature spirits, e.g. Elves, Nymphs and Satyrs. These live in water or in wooded places, and are usually seen as tall and beautiful people, but can shapeshift and become ugly, and can also sport some animal features such as pointed ears and tails. *2)* Underground spirits, e.g. Dwarfs, Knockers and Dactyls. These dwell inside mountain caves and mines, they are usually seen as small people, mostly ugly. They are seen as having the power to make magical items. *3)* House spirits, e.g. Goblins, Hobs, Kobolds, Brownies, Leprechauns, Lares and Lemures. These are also small, often ugly entities that haunt houses, farms or old castles. They live in places where humans previously lived or currently live. They also seem to have a link to burial mounds, so are sometimes thought to be spirits of dead ancestors.
Indigenous people are very aware of what goes on around them, quite intelligent, and very spiritual. They know their surroundings well and know how to live with their land and understand the flora and fauna very well.
I'm so glad you covered the Fae's. I grew up in rural co kerry Ireland and my siblings and I were reminded regularly by our father to stay clear of fairy circles close to our home, never be rude to them, eat any food, accept a gift or give them your name. I always found it a bit comical but coming from my dad who's a no nonsense stubborn old Irish man but we wouldn't dare question him! Sightings have become much more popular over the past decade for some reason...
@Clovis Point There are more reports of them because people online popularized this belief that they exist. This causes others to make stories about encountering them.
@@lotusflower8 she had wonderful stories and was very clear on what to do and not do when going into the woods. I swear I think she saw one. My grandparents were indigenous people, Cherokee.
This is a great video, really impressed with the visuals and the mixture of folklore from around the world. Thank you for your informative understanding of a fascinating topic. Great stuff ⭐️
I love the illustrations you've used here.I'm getting inspiration for painting.I've been painting spooky forests and I want to add fairies and mysterious beings.
You should look at Brien Froud's work for inspiration. He's an amazing artist as is his wife. He designed the characters in the movie The Dark Crystal.
@@MrUnderdog-vn3zf I got his book about 40 yrs ago and he is amazing.I have been influenced by him.I don't know anything about his wife but will research her.Thanks.I just need to practice drawing people and animals.I havn't done much drawing for yrs.Have been making collages and landscapes mostly.
Hey Kristina, most pictures in this video were just normal pictures that I photoshopped / added animations to, to make them look hand painted! I think they came out pretty good
@@kristinamullen4066 I've been back and forth with my desire to draw or create anything for that matter. I think it's most important that when you feel that tug, that you obey it. Had his books as kid too and used to copy his work all the time! His wife is a model maker and brings his work to life in 3 dimensions. Just awe inspiring! ❤
There are still archived newspaper articles about the little people in Tennessee. They lived there in the 1700s and as the territory became more populated it was said that they retreated into the mountains. The newspaper articles document how the people who were farming the land would uncover graves that were similar in detail and contained human shaped skeletons that ranged in size from 2-3 feet. Many, many graves were uncovered.
Absolutely & there were many rules to be observed when in nature/wilderness because it is not always human friendly. Always be respectful & realise there are many things that share this planet that consider the wilderness their domain.
In my country..... they're known as 'orang bunian". I can still remember vividly and in great detail of a dozen cases of people disappearing and then reappearing a few days later. When questioned......those victims said they were just ”nearby”.
There's another story about a group of little kids...the Orang Asli. They were missing for 47 days, and there were only 2 who survived. The survivors were found in a place that had been search thoroughly, and the kids said they had heard the searchers, and called out to them, but the searchers never seemed to hear them or see them...they also mentioned an entity that appeared to them one and off while they were lost, to give them food so that they wouldn't starve. 😮
In New Zealand, the Māori have many tales of the Patupaiarehe - small fairylike beings that live in the forests and mountains and only come out at night. They are supposed to have fair skin and hair. They play flutes to lure away and entice humans for them to never be seen again. Very interesting how cultures all across the world recount similar stories
@@checksmix3057 that's because the pictures used to represent them are animated, but there skin in real life must be hard, dry, raspy, and some others soft maybe.
@@checksmix3057 pretty much every culture around the world has their own version of the same things.. it would be ignorant to wave away all that's happened out of your sight.
This is a really interesting video, and something that has fascinated me for a long time. No matter where humans have lived in the past, and regardless of how cut-off they are from different civilisations, there have been such an overlap of these beings in their folklores -- fairies, beasts, mermaids, etc. If these things exist, then we have 'evidence' from all cultures -- and if they don't exist and are fragment of human imagination, then it is interesting to see how a human mind has created such fantastical beings all over the world, in all sorts of civilisations, especially those with no interaction with others. It is sooo interesting to me. I'm also glad you mentioned Jinns in this video -- most English-language videos covering them have often bypassed them as malevolent or like the Genie from Aladdin since they're from the Middle Eastern region, haha. From what I have known all my life, these Jinns have free-fill and are also capable of choosing supposedly manmade religions. And while they can imitate the appearance of animals, and can be seen by animals, too -- they're said to not be able to completely imitate humans in their entirety. They will supposedly have a 'flaw' such as having backwards-feet, which began the stories of 'Pichal Peri' (reverse-footed) beings around the South Asian region. This is getting long but recently I heard a story from a British fellow on YT that mentioned how his friend had been found up on a tree, scared and frozen in his place, and when he was later asked how he ended up there, he said that a woman had asked him to follow her, and that 'woman' had put him onto the tree, threatening to kill him if he even let out a squeak. That really reminded me of the Missing 411 and such cases, which you have covered as well. But I cannot personally confirm this story to be true so... ah well. On the mention of that, if you ever touch this region (sooo many people are into these stories here) and you need any help with translation of Urdu (and spoken Hindi), I'm always willing to help out the best I can. P.S: sorry for my jumpy English.
The Icelandic woman's name is Ragnhildur Jonsdottir and she is also heavily involved in environmentalism and conservation. She has a documentary called The Seer and the Unseen.
Here in the Isle of Man 🇮🇲 we have a vast array of stories involving “Themselves” or the fairies. Even today you will hear older Manx folk saying things like “I thought you’d been took!” if you were late for something. Only 50 years ago I was frequently told that empty farmhouses were left abandoned for the fairies.
Excellent video as always. Anyone remember when they found those little skeletons on the Isle of flores I think it was, they named them after the island and they were a totally unknown peoples, except to the native islanders who were aware of them and said they stole their babies! Got to be an element of truth to the folklore tales I think.
Geez! Nearly gave me a heart attack! I'm Hispanic and grew up hearing stories about duendes and their whistles. Near about jumped outta my skin when I heard the whistle!!!
Your channel just gets better and better! You're researching of subjects and presenting of them no matter the nature of them,is done so in such a professional and viewer friendly manner. You're such a respectful guy. Many thanks for the work you put into all of these cases! 🐣🏴
In the Philippines there is similar taboos that you shouldn't point at mounds or trees, because you might disturb the being that lives within, and if you do they will often cause mischief and strife upon you.
I work with kids. The little girls in particular are sold on the Disney version of the fae. They say they want to meet them and I tell them no, no you do not.
@To Release is To Resolve I can't believe the response to this stuff from otherwise sensible people. I love Adam's work - he's a great researcher and narrator, but "little people"...
@@Darkstar-se6wc The clue is in the name - homo floresiensis means Flores man, with Flores being the place name and homo being Latin for man. Homo floresiensis may have been small in stature, but they are part of the human (hominidae) family. Although they died out tens of thousands of years ago I think we can be fairly certain that they weren't fairies or any other mythical entities. Modern day humans with restricted growth/dwarfism, ( the term "little people" is apparently accepted) aren't fairies either, so while the term "little people" is used to describe fairies or other mythical entities, it's pretty clear that the subject matter in the video relates to fantasy.
Disney was made by the occult. Look at genie In Aladdin. He is a jinn. Look what they do with magik, make children love magik. It's all satanic programming
@To Release is To Resolve I love seeing comments like this. Kr when someone says oh God or satan isnt real. You have NO knowledge on the subject so why act like you do? Just say you dont believe it. But to act like you know when you don't. I KNOW the spiritual realm is real. I was once a big denier . Denied God and all then had a life changing paranormal experience. It's real. Now I have years of research into the occult . But you can believe what you want but buddy your wrong. We live in a realm. And the spiritual realm is VERY real
These sorts of disappearances are noted in almost *every* culture. It's impossible to simply wave them *all* off as superstition. I am of Irish and Scottish descent. I believe in the Fae, but I also think that this name is not about sparkly little fairies with wings. I think they are something that exists the world over, and is proven out by the similar stories that come out of all of these cultures.
People in the past were simply practical and didn't waste time in impractical issues....Therefore I consider every word said above as real deal...Thanks for the effort of explaining to us a part of the human history we people tend to forget or simply deny!
Orang Bunian are like human but in different demention. they can come to our world, and we can accidentally go into their world. they are sometimes nice, sometimes evil. they sometimes be friends with human children.
This is one of my favorite videos of yours!! I cant even imagine the amount of time and effort you put into researching this. Awesome video, thank you for providing us with such great content
From a Malaysian, thank you for featuring about the orang bunian (btw, it's pronounced "boo-nian"). We've certainly not heard about Afdlin Shauki's experience with the casts' costumes that ended up in the forest. This was an interesting episode. Thanks again.
Saya dari Indonesia. Same, bro. Jadi, kakek saya diantar ke sebuah gunung yang terdapat Gold, but he must beating with the dwarf😀. But the dwarf is so annoying
I think you have to put some credence into the tales or fables of old. With the same sort of stories from all over the world there must be some truth to these beings. There are good and bad of all things on earth so why not the hidden ones as well? I love your channel and am so glad to have found it. You do a great job of explaining the disappearances. Thank you for all your hard work! Please continue on this topic if you have more information! My great grandmother used to put out milk, honey, and bread every weekend while she was alive after moving here from Scotland. She said it was for the good folk.
I live in the eastern part of the Himalayan region in India here we call the little people bhan jhakri they take people who are lost jn the forest and raise them teaching them socery basically turning them into a powerful shamans and leave them after years and years jn the same place where they took from earsing all memories of the person being raised by them
You have really out done yourself here! Such research, time and care you have put in this upload! I absolutely love your channel and narrations so much! Please keep up the great work. Happy Easter everyone. Please stay safe, happy and healthy everyone 💖💕
I was talking to a girl I worked with who told me she was a white witch. She went on to say she had a fae entity living in a large tree next to her place. Thing is I can smell bs pretty well and this didn't seem like bs. Either she was a great liar, was delusional or really saw this things. She was so sincere. The whole thing made me wonder if such things really do exist.
Nice episode man. This was interesting but also gave me the the creeps big time. I live in the middle of nowhere and have gotten that spooky 'someone is watching me' feeling while alone in the woods a few too many times for this not to creep me out. The whistling really freaked me out. After the whistling on the video had stopped I could still hear someone whistling. I paused the video and could still hear it. I was starting to wonder if I was imaging it but then my German Shepard come charging into the room. Her fur was all raised up around her neck and along her spine. She went over to the front door and started growling. lol whoever was whistling stopped. She probably scared the poo out of somebody. She kept growling at the crack under the front door for at least 15 minutes after the whistling stopped. I know it must have just been someone out side and was just weird timing but it still gave me full body chills.
@@stevegwizzle3560 I don’t have any nearby neighbors, but it had to be a person whistling so idk. 🤷🏼♀️ The front of my house faces a huge corn field and the back of my house faces the woods. My nearest neighbor lives on the other side of the corn field.
@@stevegwizzle3560 I’m not sure how long the corn field is exactly but it’s big enough that from my front porch I can’t see the house on the other side of it. If I had to guess I’d say the nearest house is over a mile away ( but that’s just a guess) My neighbor has never visited, I’ve never met them before. I only even know someone lives there because I have to drive by that house to get to town. Lol that’s why the whistling creeped me out so much. I was like “there are no people around 😭so who is that?”
It didn’t sound like whistling to me it sounded something like foxes talking to each other much like wolves do. What ever it was I’ve heard it at night before.
You live in the middle of nowhere... and you think someone was close enough to your house for you and your dog to hear them whistling? Hehe. I would be more concerned with something darker, myself.
I find the connections and similarities between fairy folklore across the world and the modern UFO/abduction phenomenon very interesting. Whatever it is that people are describing, it seems like it’s been here for a very long time.
They've been here for a long time. These "beings" being described around the world are all from the same origin, stories vary from culture to culture of course. In the grand scheme of things they are the same entities that decend from fallen angels or beings around in the times of Noah. They are these UFOs and the so called "aliens", but thats an entirely different topic. Theres something much larger going on overall that is beyond our understanding, almost as if it was meant to be that way for a reason... which im certain it was.
Congrats on 150k subs Adam 👏🎉 🎉I had an experience when I was young, I don't know what u wld call it. But I'm mixed race aboriginal/Italian I saw a traditional aboriginal man when I was 6 or 7. He was dressed in hunting gear, spear, painted face, he appeared, disappeared reappeared different spot. Only I xkd see him my sister and fsther cldnt. I wasn't scared but the nxt place we went to that day I was petrified to leave the car and enter the cave to look at the paintings. Perhaps he was helping/warning?
So does the CIA. Watch some congressional hearings on them. CIA is far worse than most people could even imagine. They are a vile evil cult, and they are a cult with the crap they feel they have a right to do. Actually, they are worse than a cult. A sick twisted bunch who should be dismantled and executed.
@@mikeevans7381 Have you watched any of the missing 411? If not I definitely suggest it ... pretty crazy stories. Some stuff is so unexplainable that it really makes you wonder ‘what if’ ... I’m not a hard core believer, but something is definitely happening in those cases. I’ve seen weird stuff before and I was stone sober, and I’m not crazy lol so I do lean towards the ‘it’s very possible these exist’
Great subject - don't know whether the fae exist or not but there are some incredible stories on folk who have seen them - some of their accounts and how they are told are hard to dismiss - maybe some people are more tuned into a brain frequency for seeing such things that most of us cannot reach. So interesting. Anyway Adam great video as always!
Yes it's odd like little children are more attuned than adults... These stories have been told for generations around the world before phones or letters. So must be truth running through it
@@leahhuntz6236 Sometimes I think people are born with this ability, a lot more research needs to be done I think, instead of stories being instantly ridiculed by some - they all cannot be telling lies...can they... idk...lol...have a great weekend!
I think I was once in that weird tuned in space that you mention. A few years back I was standing at the bottom of my garden because I used to try to connect with the energy of nature - I am pagan. And it was just turning dusk. I closed my eyes and just listened and suddenly I felt a shift which I can’t describe. I kept my eyes closed and suddenly I heard pan pipes playing! Being familiar with fae tales I immediately assumed it was them because my garden was secluded - the middle of nowhere. I meditated there many time before and since and have never heard that magical music again! I believe they exist and I call them my good neighbors. They are very mischievous. Once in the same house I took my young nieces looking for fairies in the garden and then we went indoors and they played this game where they knocked on all the doors and said is anyone there? One door completely jammed shut and we had to call a locksmith- seems the fae don’t really like humans much no matter how respectful you are!
I was 8years old, at a boarding school, when I woke up one night and saw little people, I literally froze until one looked at me directly. I’d never seen eyes so black, so I screamed. It was a petrifying experience and I’ve never forgotten about it. People thought I must have been dreaming but I was standing up when someone switched on the lights. I was clearly awake. I had never heard about these things before, neither had I ever even seen one in a movie, as people thought. I couldn’t possibly have imagined it. In the morning the matron explained how those things were called ‘ndondocha’ in our local language and that witches would turn into them at night lol
Adam, you do a terrific job researching, gathering, and presenting information on subjects that almost by definition are difficult to apprehend. This is one of my Top 3 channels, and I have my Let's Get Bizarre! shirt ready for the weekend!
I think that if you can find that many similarities in every single culture in earth. There has to be truth to it. I recall as a child I went with my mom uncle aunt & my four cousins to go on a picnic on a local mountain. I remember the experience felt strange & I recall seeing a rattlesnake that scared us away. The whole time in that mountain I kept having the strange feeling that I was wearing a mask or clown makeup. That was the only time I can remember that type of distinct feeling. The entire time while we were there me & my cousins had discussed how we felt as though we were being watched. We saw the rattlesnake hissing at us as we were about to enter into a small cave, we ran away to our parents, told them of it & I remember we quickly left after that. I didn't see any little people but that experience happened when I was very young around 4-5 yrs old & I find it odd that I am able to recall so much of that day.
You felt like you were wearing a clown mask or clown makeup the whole time? Ummm....that’s just a weird detail I’ve never heard before...😬😂 I believe you, but I know what it’s like to remember weird details about childhood stuff.👍
@@evanabbott2737 yeah your right that is a strange detail but the reason I mentioned it, is I felt so strongly about it, I kept reaching at my face to try & take it off, of course nothing was there. I don't recall looking at myself in a mirror that day either.
Great video on a great topic. I love that you're covering this subject again and in much more detail. It's nice to see you expanding into mysteries from all over the globe and acknowledging takes from different cultures. Have you come across Darragh Mason Field from the Spirit Box channel? He hosts a podcast here on UA-cam exploring folklore, esoterica and the mysteries of the spirit world. From the secrets of the Djinn to the whisperings of demons and everything in between. You should definitely check him out if you haven't already as he covers a lot of what was mentioned in this video and will give you a tremendous amount of insight into the world of the djinn, fae and more.
Thanks Adam, a great production and very well researched. I couldn’t help but draw parallels with these cases and the strange case of Nóra Quoirin, which you have discussed and researched thoroughly in the past. I’ve heard that gifting these little people can gain you respect. If you don’t respect their territory they will let you know.
Rumpelstizchen was also from the little people. He helped the girl but wanted always something in return. And when he hepled her the third time he wanted her newborn baby. But at least they tricked him in the end. Always remember they help you or they give you what you want but always with a price. For me they are not good. Good people help without getting something in return.
Reminds me of T2(Tenement 2) movie. It based off of Biringan city. Biringan is a mythical city that is said to invisibly lie between Gandara, Tarangnan, and Pagsanghan in Samar province of the Philippines. It is said to be populated with engkantos(our version of faes) and abduct some people from time to time in a similar way mentioned in the video
My dad told me of Little People who lived in the woods near by and when they would do INDIAN SUN DANCES they would sometimes see them this was in Saskatchewan, Canada. They do take things they are called Tricksters. You don't want to be out alone at night.
Bigfoot/Sasquatch are also known to whistle to communicate and they're also linked to strange disappearances of people in the woods. Also, wherever this place is 21:28 it's beautiful. This is the kind of place where you might expect to encounter something spiritual.
The 'knocking' sounds are their actual voices, though only a small fraction of it can be heard by human ears. They are highly intelligent, capable of 'magical' things, and they hunt and torture people. They tried to do it to me as a child, and I don't know how I managed to get away. They are evil men, from a time when the myths were born.
Today i checked your channel for an update. Tonight its here. Funny how the world kinda works like that . Lol Kudos Adam thank you this will help with my insomnia
Youppi!!!! Adams you Rock, the little people really exist, no joke about them if you're instead in the woods, they roam around the trees , the vegetation, ..If you don t take care of your surroundings, you can be taken and never been seen again. .. .So take care Of yourself out there of yourself folks!!!!!!!
The reason why there is similarities around the world is because there is many similar creatures around the world. In Asia, there is the dragon are known as river monster or lake monster. Also the Native American call these dragon water panther. Some creatures seem to be unique to different area around the world.
Whilst I appreciate a video acknowledging those that reside in what many humans consider to be 'the invisible' it is imperative to be considerably cautious when attempting to pigeon-hole and overgeneralize these beings, lumping them into the same category. Whilst there are commonalities, there are also very clear distinctions and rankings that have been clarified throughout religion and history and anthropology and folkfore alike. The fae are often attributed to being aligned with the 'elementals'. There are entire encyclopedias (Rosemary Ellen Guilley has been comprehensive in her approach to the paranormal and documentation of such) dedicated to the subject. For those who have personally encountered a multitude of different interdimensional beings the distinction between the interdimensional races is undeniable. Though each culture may have their different nomenclature for such beings it does not necessarily make the being or interdimensional entity the same as one in another country. For instance - here in Australia we have the yowie. This is not actually the same type of being as the 'bigfoot' or 'yeti' known by other names around the world. They are distinctive and separate and have their own unique attributes and custodianship of lands. They align with different frequencies - but again this does not negate the instance of some common traits . Just because we as a human being are generally able to see the narrow bandwidth of rainbow visible light spectrum does not mean that there is not an entire menagerie of beings residing outside of our visible light spectrum and also residing within atmospheres and environments that humans would consider uninhabitable. Just as there are many species of animal birds and insect so too are there countless 'invisible' beings - each with their own agenda and attributes . These can be both nefarious and ill-intentioned or benevolent and helpful. Good and bad in all. Whistling can also be attributed to the zeta reticulian greys. Please be careful.
To elaborate - there are human beings that have the eyes to see - often those who have developed their skills in 'seeing' and often in combination with astigmatism (a phenomenon where the pupil of the eye is not round but football shaped - the tip of the football being at the surface of the eye therefore being unseen by another individual without ocular analysis). I have had confirmation of such things when I met with a number of other women who happened to have the same ocular diagnosis and confirmed they were all able to see through the veil. One of the first conscious 3d awoken paranormal experiences I encountered (after encountering a shadow being and an afim) I encountered dozens of different beings that presented themselves in different ways - some like clouds some like gas some in the shape of humans but only the outline of them crouching behind a wire fence. These are not the same as the fae and they are not the same as the interdimensional beings. There are 'invisible beings' that are residual energy left by humans that passed from terrible ways without assistance to pass to the other side or in a way that was shocking and they do not realize they are in fact passed. There are 'invisible beings' from a multitude of different planets and star systems as well as ones that reside here on earth and have bases here on earth and underwater. There are portals as well and some of these races are 'gatekeepers' and protectors of the portals. Some are able to open and close the portals and there are some humans that also claim to have this capacity (see gridworking). Looking into certain shamanic and practices and philosophies may yield some more answers to your questions.

It makes sense that many cultures would come up with something to explain disappearances and to dissuade others, particularly children, from wandering off alone or at night. But it's really interesting that so many describe the beings that make people disappear having similar appearances & behaviors!

I live in the Pacific Northwest of the United States out among the lakes and forests. I assure you that the little and big hidden people are very real, they can shapeshift, and appear to humans within our limited abilities to perceive. If I could attach pictures to this comment I would show you a sequence of pictures that I pulled out of a video I took where a big male and small being that I don't know what to call showed up to watch me discover something they had prepared for me in the deep woods next to a lake. Amazing experience. Life-altering really.
While I feel there is definitely something going on, with people that just completely vanish, it is really hard for me to believe in things like this. I'm still listening though, just because I love this channel!!!
Youre right. They are linked. All these creatures are DJinn who are made of fire and can shape shift into anything. Like humans they are of different races, classes, forms and sizes. They can even shape shift as animals. Usually they are unseen and can see us. We can only see them when they want us to see them in some form or another.
in the case of the jinn, what we learn about them in The Holy Quran is the following fact: they do not hide but they are invisible due to their physical nature which differs from that of men. they are endowed with reason and free will. they can coexist and cooperate with men, sign pacts with them but on the whole, we must avoid making the mistake towards them that almost all humans make towards themselves i.e. the generalization. at the same time, we must avoid all physical contact with them otherwise we risk receiving a kind of shock that can hardly be compared to an electric shock or other and whose effects on the human nervous system could not be measured. jinns are on Earth, in the Waters and in the Air and can take the appearance of anything material without however casting a shadow it is said and this "materialization" is the means by which the jinn prevent men from any unexpected physical contact.
💫 I love anthropology and cultural lore. In a psychological sense, I believe these Faes are a means to project fears, explain mistakes, misfortune and even crimes. That doesn't explain everything though. Does it? I experienced poltergeist activity, for a brief time, years ago. Things would disappear and reappear somewhere else, there were knocking noises, things moving on their own, doors opening and closing, whispers...EVERYONE in our home experienced something. I believe there's a logical, scientific explanation; something we've yet to learn or understand.
That's really bizarre, I had a couple of weird things happen to me when I was at university staying in an old house nearby. This is the least serious thing to ever happen in the history of mankind, but a cup coaster literally disappeared in that house. My girlfriend and I set up our computers next to each other and had a cup coaster each, hers just disappeared one night and we never found it. I genuinely thought that when we left and had to rearrange the house back to the way it was we'd find it. It wasn't anywhere. I also woke up one night and went to the bathroom downstairs, and one of my socks was just in the middle of the kitchen. It was so odd and I remember feeling completely creeped out. That scenario happened with a tea bag as well haha! Weird. Never had anything like that happen previous to that house or since moving out of there two years ago.
I am retired now as I am in my 70s, I spent several years working on highly classified projects and I have gained a lot of knowledge during my time. All I am allowed to say is there are several races of quite different little creatures, as well as little people.

There are definitely hidden "people" we don't call them people though in Africa.

You know when you think you hear someone calling you but your not sure, you usually shout "yea" or "did you call me"
One time I thought she had called me from downstairs so I shouted down " what's up" I didn't hear a reply so I called down louder.
She came out looking puzzled, I said "did you just call me there"? She said "no" I said "I could have sworn I heard you call me"
She got really serious, she told me not to answer back unless I'm 100% sure I heard her calling me.
I was a little dumbstruck I didn't know what to say, she got really scared and said she "didn't want me to be taken away".
At this point I'm like wtf, so I say "what do you mean taken away?"
She goes on to say, when your in the jungle around where she is from if you think you hear someone call your name but your not sure you "you don't call back, you don't look to see, you don't follow the voice, you turn around and you leave".

Dam weren't creeped out?? sounds legit.i believe you..so they had been picking on your friend for a while or did they leave him alone after??

Basically these are interdimensional beings. Meaning they can have entire civilizations inside a Boulder or tree, or wherever. An older and more advanced species. Some type of what we'd call "portal" technology.
I think they live higher density that is separate yet connected but it multiple.
Interesting! Although ur native parks are so pretty. Ours r a bit rough... Aussie outback..
I learned the same, only adding that calling them faeries is rude. They’re the Folk, the People, the Good Neighbors, or the Gentry
Thanks for sharing!

@@ianmacfarlane1241 - Homo Floresiensis anyone? We know for a fact that “little people” existed on at least one island.

@@stevegwizzle3560 I don’t have any nearby neighbors,
but it had to be a person whistling so idk. 🤷🏼♀️
The front of my house faces a huge corn field and the back of my house faces the woods.
My nearest neighbor lives on the other side of the corn field.
@@stevegwizzle3560 I’m not sure how long the corn field is exactly but it’s big enough that from my front porch I can’t see the house on the other side of it. If I had to guess I’d say the nearest house is over a mile away ( but that’s just a guess)
My neighbor has never visited, I’ve never met them before. I only even know someone lives there because I have to drive by that house to get to town.
Lol that’s why the whistling creeped me out so much. I was like
“there are no people around 😭so who is that?”

Great subject - don't know whether the fae exist or not but there are some incredible stories on folk who have seen them - some of their accounts and how they are told are hard to dismiss - maybe some people are more tuned into a brain frequency for seeing such things that most of us cannot reach.
I’ve seen the same thing I turned on the light and I saw it it was like a lego it was gone before I knew it

That sounds really weird!!

You don't want to be out alone at night.
have you seen the somewhat recent video of the gnome in SK?? soooo creepy,,
Bigfoot/Sasquatch are also known to whistle to communicate and they're also linked to strange disappearances of people in the woods.

Youre right. They are linked. All these creatures are DJinn who are made of fire and can shape shift into anything. Like humans they are of different races, classes, forms and sizes. They can even shape shift as animals. Usually they are unseen and can see us. We can only see them when they want us to see them in some form or another.

@@Llerrah508 exactly!
in the case of the jinn, what we learn about them in The Holy Quran is the following fact: they do not hide but they are invisible due to their physical nature which differs from that of men.
they are endowed with reason and free will.
they can coexist and cooperate with men, sign pacts with them but on the whole, we must avoid making the mistake towards them that almost all humans make towards themselves
i.e. the generalization.
at the same time, we must avoid all physical contact with them otherwise we risk receiving a kind of shock that can hardly be compared to an electric shock or other and whose effects on the human nervous system could not be measured.
jinns are on Earth, in the Waters and in the Air and can take the appearance of anything material without however casting a shadow it is said and
this "materialization" is the means by which the jinn
prevent men from any unexpected physical contact.
