প্রথমত, কোনো মুসলিম একজম আরেকজনকে "নাস্তিক" বলার ক্ষমতা রাখেনা। আপনার কথা শুনে মনে হচ্ছে, আপনি অন্তত এইটা জানেন যে, অন্তরে কি আছে সেইটা আল্লাহই ভালো জানেন, কে জান্নাতী, কে জাহান্নামী, কে নাস্তিক এগুলা জাজ করার রাইট আপনাকে ইসলাম দেয়নি। আর "স্ত্রী" হোক বা "নারী", ইসলামের কোথাও পাবেন না যে, " স্ত্রী চাকরী করলে সমাজ নষ্ট হয়", "স্ত্রী চাকরী করলে স্বামীর হক আদায় হয়না"। ইসলামে যেখানে নারী কে চাকরী, ব্যাবসা করতে বাধা দেওয়া হয়নি, সেখানে কোনো মুসলিম এধরনের কথা বলা মানেই তো বিরোধীতা করা। আর পর্দার কথা যদি বলা হয়, ইসলামে নারীর থেকে পুরুষদের পর্দার কথা জোর দিয়ে বলা হয়েছে। চোখের পর্দা। অথচ নারীর পর্দার পোস্টই থাকে ৯০%, তাও মানলাম, অথচ ইসলাম যেখানে জোর দিলো সেইটার গুরুত্ব এদেশের সমাজে নাই।
জাতি হিসেবে আমরা আরো অনেক self confidence হতে হবে। কখন আমাদের self confidence enough হবে যখন আমাদের skills in different criteria তে more than enough হবে।

Humbly disagree with Khalid Farhan vai regarding the recruiting. Recently m hiring few interns in bd n UAE both. Almost 70% of the applicants from bd are highly skilled n ambitious. Yea, there r few dumbs. But the number is ignorable. My previous experience wasn’t much satisfying. That was few yrs back with senior executives. In some specific sectors, youngstars r doin much better. M really impressed to see the results. Wishing best of luck for this bright gen.
I disagree with opinion of theirs related to Tanjim Sakib's post. Firstly, To declare something right or wrong, one must have a "standard or ideals" with respect to which one will judge anything. In Islam, gender role is FIXED and it not demeaned in any way. Wifes are titles as "Rabbatul Bait - Rab of the Home" the same word which is used for our creator to express the honor of women .Two posts came out into light. The women who felt offened for working outside- what point they wanted state? That doing household chores is demeaning or building her child is a liability??? The whole point is we are made to understand that woman of the home are useless and who made us think like that? The ones who want to bring women out for profits . Profit gained from not giving enough wage as the job market has more nearly double competitors here. A woman staying in house to build the next great mans DOESN'T contribute to so called GDP which doesn't include the insiders' hard work. Here, The mother taking care of her child herself at home doesn't contribute to GDP. But a women giving her child to a Daycare centre or leaving at the hands of "Kajer Bua" does. And to support or hide these facts of capitalism new philosophies comes out so that the main problem doesn't surface. We think we are free, we think free, but our thoughts , way of thinking are chained by the ones ruling the world - The Capitalists. Secondly, Women doing works outside is not forbidden, true. But that's applicable only when there is no working male providing for her. Woman doing business (example - Khadija RA.) is an act done in pre islamic era i.e. before Islam came to completion. Agree with Khalid Farhan and disagree with Sadman about ranting because he has empirical evidence of that backs what he is saying you haven't left the country, do it and you will agree with him. I disagree with KF about the tax thing. I am happily paying the same % of tax cos I am getting enough facilities from the gov, be it healthcare, transportation, public places, maintenance etc. Also he has just mentioned what he is paying as an employee of his own company but he is also the owner and as such he is paying one of the lowest rates in Europe. Europe's "socialistish" way of doing things is exemplary.

The problem with Jacksepticeye was not about the retention or shit like that. It is the fact that the content is too quick and too produced for his taste. Beast spends way too much money to produce the content that he posts and not everybody necessarily wants to or can do that. But now the audience is spoiled by him, so they are expecting every bloke on UA-cam to have that level of production, no matter the resources they have. Also, the content that Mr. Beast makes isn't for everybody. Sure it is flashy and catchy but not everyone likes that stuff, Jack is one of them. I disagree with KF about the tax thing. I am happily paying the same % of tax cos I am getting enough facilities from the gov, be it healthcare, transportation, public places, maintenance etc. Also he has just mentioned what he is paying as an employee of his own company but he is also the owner and as such he is paying one of the lowest rates in Europe. Europe's "socialistish" way of doing things is exemplary.

The problem with Jacksepticeye was not about the retention or shit like that. It is the fact that the content is too quick and too produced for his taste. Beast spends way too much money to produce the content that he posts and not everybody necessarily wants to or can do that. But now the audience is spoiled by him, so they are expecting every bloke on UA-cam to have that level of production, no matter the resources they have. Also, the content that Mr. Beast makes isn't for everybody. Sure it is flashy and catchy but not everyone likes that stuff, Jack is one of them. Nothing wrong with that, he just shared his fair opinion.

Our 250 years old educational system imposed by British rulers and blindly adopted by brainless corrupt law makers is totally bogus as it is producing clerks and office attendants only. I slightly disagree with Khalid Farhan Bhai on his opinion where he said even if the country and government were very great and honest, nothing will change. On the contrary, I think, only honest and great policymakers can bring change nobody else can do it. In a rotten system like Bangladesh some discrete Jewels like Shohag Vai (Rokomari), Ayman Sadik (10MS) or you Trio will appear who has become successful for their own capabilities but nothing will change.
