SPIRAL vs CAFE ILANG-ILANG | Comparing Luxury Buffets in Manila.

Having been able to try both Cafe Ilang-Ilang and Spiral, two of Manila's most luxurious buffets, I guess I can finally answer the question. Sharing to you my not-so-expert opinion about the two restaurants.
