- Annihilus has really warped the meta and is very polarizing to most players. Whether you like or hate him, he is everywhere and this deck seemed to do pretty decent in the meta against him.

Trying something a little different with this intro! Do you prefer the old style where it's just talking over gameplay?
I generally enjoy the talking over the gameplay slightly better but no huge opinions. It probably helps with viewer retention though, so I might suggest staying with the old one

Play Armour Cosmo in an Annihilus deck
Yeah, Cage probably made this list because of Negative Zone being featured recently, I'd swap him out for Armor for sure.
Nebula also becomes quite good here if you're planning to run Armor, and I personally also run Jeff over Chavez because it's a Professor X list and he helps, Chavez is definitely better though lol.
I’m 10 percent of that junk deck to keep the opposing players guessing

Using Annihilus to counter Annihilus is so satisfying. Running it in a prox lockdown build.
I wanted to do that so often but I'd often lose priority on turn 5 and then get Alioth'd before I could send their stuff back with my own Annihilus 😭😭
saw this deck on stream and climbed to 4k with it! replaced daredevil with armor though to win vs destroy
I’ve been seeing this all day. Thanks for that. I’m a low CL player, just hit 3k but I get omega pretty consistently. Anyway I’ve found lots of success against this by running a weird kitty, Elsa deck with minor move tactics. Literally just night crawler and vision. I won’t get into the specifics of how to play it but yeah kitty let’s you throw priority.
This is my final recipe what I’m currently running.
Kitty, Forge, NC, Elsa, Luke, mojo, Magik, rogue, cosmo, ms. Marvel, vision, and onslaught.
Hopefully this helps someone out.

Would ghost be good with a annihilus vs annihilus ? Meaning u go last incase they send u all the junk n negatives

The biggest problem I have with Annihilus is the fac that he destroys the cards that you cant send to the opponent side, I mean, if the opponent has put the effort and resources to fill his location so you cant send a -10 void, at least the Annihilus player should maintain that void, similar to viper, instead of destroying it with no drawbacks.

I’m missing so many cards for annihilus. Sentry, debri, the hood.
U can substitute them for hoggoblin and and goblin
Instead of skipping turns to throw priority try and fit ghost into the deck and just not worry about it. Maybe drop professor?

Yeah, it's almost like they should have a card that makes cards unable to be destroyed or a card that prevents on reveal effects...
i replaced alioth with leader, and the deck just become more evil than how i expected
Is daredevil back working? I haven’t been able to see the card my opponent puts down for awhile
If you play mobile he isn’t working if you’re on pc and use untapped you’re fine, also he’s still good to just know an idea of what they are doing also if you look hard you may be able to still recognize the card through the red
Daredevil needs a rework. Seeing an opponents turn in this game after they lock in a turn is stupid

If daredevil weren’t a free card everyone would label it as a toxic meta card, but since everyone has it, nobody points out how absurd it is to be allowed to essentially screen cheat a whole turn with no downside. I’m saying it needs a nerf not a fix

Alioth and Annihilus are only frustrating if you aren't putting tech cards in your decks, there are so many ways to counter both of these. I think the frustration comes from people that don't get to use their big 6 turn drops, and can't figure out a different strategy or just don't want to sub in tech cards. I think Alioth needs tuning and Annihilus should be only the lane you play it in, but I honestly don't see that happening. Any changes to Alioth is going to completely kill the card at this point. It is meant to be the counter to big turn 6 plays, just like Pro X is a counter to destroy and move, and Cosmo stops on reveal. I feel like its a necessary evil to put that archetype in check.

Switch to this deck and immediately faced someone playing it when not seeing Annihilus for hours. I'm not even going to say it.
I just find it hard to find a consistent counter to junk decks. The only thing I see success with is lockdown which I don't like to play...

@@kraken3005I would agree if variants didnt exist, I like the skill requirement of knowing what the card is behind the weird red effect but variants make that way too hard

I've played about every day for the last year and right now I will not play until this trash is nerfed. It all sits on having priority or not with this meta. I love the game but this needs to be fixed because right now the meta is trash.
Armor is good too in this deck, because Hood and the rocks are 1 cost cards, so if your opponent plays Killmonger, basically all of your strat is gone x)

Better version of this deck is Annihilus Bounce. I got up to Omega so far(85-86) with it and have very little trouble in Gold Conquest.
It’s kinda miserable to play against. And I’m at the level where it’s exclusively what I play against.

Chavez is decent in the deck but she isn't helping you draw Anihullus as you want to play him on t6 most of the time anyway due to the meta.
I don’t play as much as others but in the 10-12 games I’ve had against annihilus I have a 100% win rate with nimrod destroyer

@@masternero7935 nova, Nico, x-23, Bucky, carnage, Wolverine, venom, deathlock, shuri, nimrod, Chavez, destroyer. I often find myself wishing that Wolverine or deathlock was killmonger but then the deathlock allows for higher odds of double nimrod destroy if I don’t draw destroyer.
I usually play slowly so my side doesn’t get too cluttered too fast, I like having x-23 down so I can play ahead of curve if I need to. I also try to avoid popping Bucky early if I can help it, opting for destroyer to give the winter soldier. This was for week 1 annihilus and I’ve stopped running into him at ranks as much in 93-94. I mostly see destroy or Loki still so I’ve been using a more standard destroy list more
I also don’t push the shuri plan that hard against junk, more against other matchups

There is no replacement for Alioth and the closest card to come near it is necasonic in terms of ability
Jug can move a card out of that lane if there's space....and it's a good turn 6 surprise card ....not to expected right now
he in the video said abs man, though it'd be overkill. you could do storm right for the sentry + annihilus value or negasonic especially if you filled a space with 3 already
This decks loses super hard to certain strategies ( destory lockdown) I doubt it will be meta relevant on its own
It does if you go with only a singular win con. I just got infinite with Thanos Annihilus. Beat other Annihilus and Destroy too
