Matrix is a cool way to put it. What it REALLY is is when a boxer shuts off his mind and just fights, it's ring sense it happens in the gym just hitting the bag and it happens in sparring it's a feeling you can't describe I've tried. It just feels so natural when it happens you barely realise you're fighting and it's almost involuntary sometimes. Truly an incredible feeling.

I’m a musician and when playing and improvising with other people you want to lose yourself in it, it’s like a meditative state where you aren’t using your regular thinking brain because it’s not fast enough. But you are on an autopilot and everything you do just works, it’s a really cool thing but you have to be really good to be able to do this
