There needs to be a return to free supervised and maintained public toilets in built up areas. These were discontinued due to hygiene problems and lack of maintenance and upkeep and vandalism. Also there was a suspicion of casual liasons taking place in these facilities which caused them to be shut down. No alternative was provided for people in need of relief in the arena of human excretion.
I once witnessed a group of emergency people and guards running into a toilet in a fast food joint in the inner city. I was told by a member of the public that it was common for junkies to overdose in the toilet stalls and have a near fatal outcome as a result.
There seems to be a complete lack of toilets in the inner city. The shopping centers have facilities so this is a failing by the local authorites to provide likewise in shopping and public areas. These should be open all night and supervised and cleaned and maintained.
Have them scoop up n place by his home.
