- This video took me way too long to put together and that's probably indicative of the fact that I have way too many dinosaurs on my shelf...
A lot can change in a year. For example, the number of people who watch my videos and the number of dinosaurs on my shelves (among other things). So to welcome everyone new to my channel, I thought it high time to do another collection walk through! Enjoy this grand tour of my collection before it all goes into storage for renovations!

DUDE, YOUR COLLECTION IS INSANE!!
This Collection is awesome! I collect Modelhorses and started collecting Papo Dinosaur Figures because they look awesome and I can buy them with not THAT much money haha....but to clean all this is is all the time a Nightmare :D

That was a really comfy walkthrough. I especially liked seeing the horror stuff poking out here and there which I guess I should have expected with a name like ‘killer shrew fan’. We seem to be interested in similar things! ^_^
It would certainly seem so! I'll admit I found your channel through your Dinosauria series but I've been catching up on the rest of your work since that ended. "White Walls" and the Autodale series were particular favorites of mine!

Great collection. Over the years collectors tend to become curators and more selective as their shelves fill up. We appreciate figures not just as depictions of dinosaurs but representatives of toy eras and legacies, and of sculptors. And we take stock of the pieces that stand the test of time.
Quite a collection. What are the best makers of dino models as opposed to toys? What do you think of Schleich's range?
33:18 Shleich is indeed like a dirty little secret 🤣 At least you received your Nanmu consoluation Brachio. I never received mine.
I can't recall, have you picked up a Nanmu figure since the Brach? Mine came with the green repaint of the Brachiosaurus but I've heard tell of people getting theirs with their Mordred figure. I don't know, it really seems arbitrary who all is getting these things and how, which certainly doesn't help the whole situation in my eyes.

By the way, I see you also have The Horned Dinosaurs by Peter Dodson 😁 One of the very few old books (along with Robert Bakker's The Dinosaur Heresies) I still won't let go of!
That Terra by Battat stuff I find the most interesting. Mosty because I have a really hard time finding them.
Sweet collection! Now get rid of everything thats not from Nanmu or Rebor, so you'll have room for more Nanmu & Rebor figures. Thats a clear win win for you Sir & you're welcome : D

Cool collection! Lets say if you had to get rid of all your dinosaur series except from one, which one would you keep? I came strangely down to Papo myself, where it all started for me, like you.
Geeze, that is a really tough question, especially since almost every line fills such a unique niche in my collection. PNSO is easily the go-to for more scientific models, Nanmu gives me my Movie Monster fix, and the likes of BotM give you that action figure vibe. Then there are lines like the old Kenner collection, Battat, and even to an extent Mattel that are certainly less impressive in terms of paint and detail but are still fun to collect given their status as rare collectibles. All that said, talking from a position of what's most important to me and affordability, I think PNSO would be the brand to stay on my shelf. Highly detailed sculpts, decent paint, regard to accuracy, all at a modest price would make it the line for me.
@@Killershrewfan PNSO is a really good answer. They are really good. I only have a few "premium" figures. All pretty much movie based. Rebor Stegosaurus, Nanmu Triceratops and Rebor Disney Carnotaurus. I want the pretty black Rebor Ankylosaurus, but they so expensive mate. Love the design of them.
With their new Kronosaurus, I think it's safe to say Papo is back in the game. That promo image looks awesome.
Of course it drops almost immediately after I put this video together! Oh well, guess I've eaten my own words before.

Beautiful collection, I have a question for you, does your BOTM adult Triceratops have a broken ankle and is it okay asking David Silva of getting a replacement leg for free?
My trike did actually arrive with a broken ankle. As I understand it, several of the triceratops figures were showing up with broken legs and that David was working to replace them. I got a hold of David and he sent me a replacement leg no problem!
