Do you ever turn down orders in Faire because you don’t have enough inventory on hand to fulfill orders? Because it seems like you’d need to keep endless amounts of supplies just in case one comes through
Sometimes I accept the order but remove some items if I don’t have them. I message customers if I don’t have something and most are happy to receive later. I’m now at the stage where I order in bulk so have it. All a part of up scaling
