@@dumb-angel I actually didn’t even know that was a thing. They’re up on my Bandcamp as well though to download and they’re free or ‘Pay What You Want’.
Oh yeah dude, that main riff is that unused dueling acoustic guitar riff from the Cheetah vids. What do you use for drums, and that sick guitar phaser in the bridge?
Bingo! I love that riff. The drums are Addictive Drums and the guitars are all Amplitube these days. It’s their clone of the Boss BF-3 Flanger which I believe was part of Tom’s old live rig in 2004 before the EVH.
@@binmonkey love that riff too, good usage. Thanks for the info man, the tone is great, maybe I have to give Amplitude another try. Was one of those sections also from those “Travis Barker blink soundcheck” vids? Travis had the gnarliest beats in those, sounded similar. Now I gotta go for ‘em all lol, drum beat from “155”, too?
@@dougnulton Ha yep, the majority of the drums were interpolations of the Soundcheck Song, as well as 155 in the bridge. The second half of the chorus uses a similar riff and bassline to the Soundcheck Song as well, albeit in different key and minor.
@@binmonkey oh, there will ALWAYS be an audience, buddy! Some might not be as loud as others (I promise to always be bombastic) But as a completely biased blink/pop punk fan, there is no way not to love this. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you! Yeah, it’s something I noticed more of since releasing the video so will keep a closer eye on the vox next time…but it also hides some of the impurities in the isolated vocals anyway so I’m not too mad at it yknow. Thanks for listening!
so amazing! i love blink reimaginated covers, here’s hope to hear more of these from you!
I love them too, and I’ve done them for years just for my own enjoyment. I’ll have to get back to some of the old ones if there’s an audience for it.
@@binmonkey please do! im down for any of your material you’re blessing us king! if you add the “thanks” option on your videos i’d gladly pay

Loooollll if those 4 had used your insturmental and their lyrics oh man that wouldve been the biggest song off the album

Fingers crossed the riff makes it on the new record 🤞

you never disappoint
Great work man!!
I'll be waiting for the next one ❤
Incredible work as always 🙏
Oh hey...lol nice one!
Dude, this is spectacular!!
What would it take to twist your arm to do another song or dozen? Lol
Thanks! I’ll keep doing them as long as there’s an audience for them, I’ve got another couple in the works so keep an eye out for those

GODDAMN
This is AWESOME! Vox might need to be brought up a tad bit, but I will be listening to this on repeat! 🤘🤘
