Here's my understanding: 1. As per your sales agreement, you purchased the car for 6,60,000 from the scrap dealer but were ready to book a loss of 10,000 and sell it for 6,50,000 to the party. This is an anamoly in the case. 2. The scrap dealer procured the car from the owner and sold it to you after repairs as per your claim. This can be tested if it's legally valid to do or not. 3. Once the car was in your ownership, you drove the car without registering it on your name. There are numerous videos on your channel where you are driving the car on highways and otherwise not where the legal obligation is still with first owner. This is going to land you in legal trouble. 4. Once the party found the owner, the owner wanted to make a quick buck (because the scrap dealer probably gave her a lot less) and she took some money from the party and transferred the car. Legally, there is nothing you can do in this per say. 5. Re: Cheque Bounce. If the cheque did BOUNCE, you can initiate legal proceedings for Cheque bounce. This is the only case you can pursue.
