Bowman m101 live steam engine (on live steam)

hello fellow steamers.
this is my Boman M101 live steam engine.
this came to me in pretty good condition, I ran it on air & it was Ok, then ran it on steam and found just a bit too much steam blow by on the mating services where the 2-oscillating parts meet, I file ground them & then used 600 grit paper & that improved things greatly, it gained a lot of power & speed. I made a knurled nut for the boiler overflow port & chimney stay support. the connecting rod was a little bent & I straightened that out. it runs really good now & I'm quite pleased with its performance.

Somewhere on UA-cam a guy used a can opener for further reduction and used his 101 to lift 100 lbs to table height!
I’ve kinda wanted one ever since to try and rig up something cool!
