nsr is a glitch where you beat the game on sick difficulty while playing most of it on beginner, basically all you do is exit to create-a-skater before the last goal, create a completely new skater, start the game on sick difficulty, and for some reason you can play the last goal on sick and the game gives you all the career unlocks because it thinks you played the entire game on sick, happens at 1:03:08 incase that doesn't make sense :)
