yes, but i prefer barbara because she have longer hydro application uptime with only skill, by using sacrifical fragment it will make it easier.
for candance you always need her burst everytime.

I guess you get little more hydro application when setting up with the others but in practice they are pretty much similar without her c6
So might as well use Barbara for bit more comfort
