~~~ My first cast video for this show!! ~~~
And it's about time, seeing as it's been off the air for 4 years and 3 months. :P
I started a cast video for the show ages ago, in 2008 or something, but it remained permanently unfinished.
I have vidded the show a few times though, with a Kyle XY character tribute and a Jessi tribute and a Kyle/Jessi vid too, as well as including the show in various collab parts & multi-fandom vids of mine (including for Lori/Declan and Josh/Andy and the Kyle/Declan friendship and even sometimes the cast in addition to my main OTP of the show, Kessi).

So I recently just re-watched this ENTIRE show from start to finish. All 43 episodes. and WOW I knew I'd loved it but I'd forgotten just how amazing the show really is. I adore every episode and cannot recommend it highly enough. I really wish more people would check it out.
A part of me wants to open a Kyle XY collab group, just so I would vid this show even more than I already am. I'm not sure there would be enough vidders willing to join. Also I'm already hosting too many groups lol. So I really shouldn't. :P Still... if you'd be interested in joining it, let me know and maybe I'll reconsider opening it.
I hope you all enjoy this fun, upbeat, lighthearted tribute I tried to make for the show. The plan in my mind for this vid was a little better than what the final result ended up being, but I'm still fairly satisfied with what I did here. There were a LOT of funny quotes I didn't manage to include but I wish I did. The show has a lot of angst at times, some of which I captured with my most recent Kyle XY vid, (my Jessi "Breath of Life" vid,) but the show also REALLY can make me smile. So I wanted to show that here. I also included a little angst, where I felt the song called for it... :P But it's mainly moments that made me smile. (Err lame thumbnail choices though. None are really fun at all. So I picked a fairly nice Tom Foss moment because my other two choices were worse.)

I'm watching it from the first season right now. I miss this show, It was... everything. It was funny, still important, and great, where was friendship, family, all the stuff who makes a tv show worth watching. It worthed it. A lot.

Aw, thank you SO much, Suvi. ;) It is a really amazing show haha. A bit corny at times but I think it's up there with Gilmore Girls and ER as one of my favorite shows of all time. ;) It's an amazing family show & teen fun show with some normal teen drama aspects... but it also is a great sci-fi show with some really compelling mystery and just overall it's so well done. It's also got amazing re-watch-ability.

ahh!!! you just reminded me how much I loved this show. This is awesome. I wish they would've did a movie or something to wrap everything up, I feel like it ended so abruptly :( without any real closure...

Aw wow, this is so great :D And it reminded me that I really have to watch this show sometime... Love the voiceovers, they work so well with the lyrics - "That's why it hurts so badly" is just great, and "I'm in a bar fight" for the "I did it all" line made me smile for some reason. Though to be honest, a lot of moments did ;] Thanks for creating such a fun uplifting cast vid, they're usually my favorite and this is no exception
Thank you SO much! Definitely, the show ended on a massive cliffhanger - or a few - and lots of loose ends. :P I'm enjoying reading some awesome Kyle XY fanfiction now that really is finally giving me the closure I haven't had for four years.

I assume by "where" you meant to start a new sentence with "There" but I'm not exactly sure what you necessarily meant by "it worthed it". But yeah I just re-watched the show starting from season 1 as well and it's SO great, I agree with everything you said. This show had it all, the drama mixed with fun - it both makes you laugh and makes you cry, and also such great family relationships, friendships, and romances... and a really compelling mystery/plot. It's SUCH a shame that it was canceled.

It's because I'm such a mess! Since you send me your vids in my mailbox, I'm always thinking, I'll watch it later, when i have the time (cause it won't disappear from my subbox), and in the end I don't watch it, or I do it, months later, watching all the vids I haven't watched yet at the same time! :)
