I personally don't teach incline start/step Hill. I only teach one rule. " Full clutch, put on gear 1 , half clutch ( don't remove the 👠 hill from the floor. ) OBSERVE (5 point ), handbrake down 👇 and release the clutch steadily. (increasing speed smoothly). This is the universal way of moving your car professionally without rolling.its called balancing to your car. . Practicing everyday is recommended. Reputation creates confident and stability in your driving. Invest in alley docking. Never MOVE YOUR CAR WITHOUT OBSERVING BECAUSE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON YOUR OBSERVATION WHILE DRIVING.

Road Test. Check your mirrors 5 to 8 secounds while your driving. Please don't forget to pull your hand break on a Stop or traffic lights (Robot) and leave the paddles. Hold your streering wheel with two hands. Always observe before you leave . Don't step on yellow lines . Before you change lane, check all appropriate blind spot and mirrors. Indicate your intention, look and the appropriate blind spot again , if it's safe to do so steer to the appropriate lane. 😉
the best way is to reverse with a half Clutch control until the third pole , yes you can stop but if you stop for more than 10 Seconds, you'll have to observe again before moving off.
May I please ask, should the engine be running when doing the full inspection? E.g for when checking if the lights are in good condition, the wipers, indicators etc?

Yard test doesn't require seatbelt. Only fasten your seat belt when you drive out of the yard. You'll also find it in the learners book or app .
