When this set first came out, I decided I was not going to buy it because, in my hair, all of CR products perform the same. Fast forward to last year when Target had a buy-two-get-one sale, and I decided to buy it. If you are looking for extreme moisture, this is for you. I like the oil and the honey leave-ins. As Michelle said, the honey provides the moisture, while the oil is light and gives a lot of shine. The oil works well with any butter or leave-in. The define cream is not noteworthy; I don't think it does anything. The first time I used all three products together, my twist-out was light and fluffy and lasted for almost one week. The second time, the results were less spectacular because I was too heavy-handed with the products. With this set, less is more. Do you need it? No. Is it going to revolutionize your twist-out or wash-and-go? No. Is it nice to have? Yes.
@@angelinaa.4099 I have no idea what my porosity is. My hair is somewhere in the 4s, between 4a and 4b. Good luck. However, keep in mind: these products are not earth-shattering. I actually think Melanin Haircare is better.
I used the honey and my hair loves it. A little goes a long way so you have to be careful to not use too much. If your hair turns out sticky....then you've used too much. My hair feels so soft and hydrated. This was my first time using a CR product.
In regards to the detangling of the honey product it does detangle. What i can notice from your video is that as you were combing your hair out you had many fairy knots on your ends. It is not the product that is at fault when it comes to detangling its the fact your hair needs a trim. This is clear to see why the product could not help your comb all the way through your strands. This product has a lot of slip. Maybe soon after this revue you might have. got a trim or sorted out your ends as I see this was in 2018. Please keep in mind I say this with all due respect. I enjoyed your revue in any case.
I really like this collection. I use a small amount of the honey leave-in on my washed and conditioned hair, then I add the Define as a styler for two strand twists, and seal with the oil. My hair is shiny, hydrated and soft. These are really good products.
I LOVE Camille Rose's Leave in Collection and I also want to let you know that you are the first person where I can actually see my curl pattern to the t and your hair looks beautiful!
I love the detail you go into in describing the products! I love Camille Rose naturals and I use quite a few of their products. It's expensive but totally worth the price!
Thanks I’ve used all these products they are fabulous your hair is shiny and easy to comb if you put the latte on the end and pull out first before combing then it wii comb out easily with a big tooth comb
I am late to the natural party, I purchased the leave in and the oil based on a different UA-cam channel. I just got them in this week and going to try a wash and go. I have mostly loose curls and some coarse areas around my sideburns. I don’t know my pattern as yet. Your video is great! Informative, straight to the point and comedy and going off on tangents. I appreciate it. You are beautiful and your hair is gorgeous! Will be trying this today , leave in and oil. I will top it with wet line gel.
With the combination of products you used for day two, your hair looked like a wash-n-go. You should try that same combo whenever you attempt a wash-n-go style. Your hair came out great.
Arielle Pierre- Louis ahh for me the honey hydrate worked well when I mixed it with curlmaker it gave me a lot of moisture ! Doesn’t work as a leave in if applied first
Adair Is Here works just fine for me as a leave in. Then I apply the cream. Hair stays moisturized all week. It’s interesting how products work differently for everyone
I wanted to like this collection ssssssooooo bad. It wasn’t moisturizing to my high porosity 3b-3c-4a type hair and it didn’t have that umph in terms of slip. I swear by the Camille Rose Coconut Water Collection. By far my favorite 😍
I was researching Camille Rose Products and I stubbled upon your page (so happy I did I love your vibe and the information you offer). The products (My Holy Grails) I currently use is from the company Eden BodyWorks and I want to add more products to my stash (Im a low key product junkie in training). Your hair looked so soft and defined. I definitely will put these products to the test. Thanks for sharing this review. I'm a new subbie!!!
Hey, love the video and your hair, these are my go to products. I think you would've benefited more from the honey leave in with a trim. If the only place you're not getting slip is your ends chances are they're damaged. I'm speaking from experience. 😘
So I’ve been using this dry thickening shampoo with biotin. I use a conditioner then use these three leave ins and omg it takes my hair from dry feeling to moisturized. I do agree it can last up to a week. But what I’m super excited about is I’m bleaching my hair to go blonde when it gets warm out and I know this will keep me all good. I do weekly shampoo/conditioner and flat twist. Now that I’m bleaching I know for a fact adding this to my weekly regimen will allow me to only have to deep contain once a month while color treated.
Loved this look, a perfect combo, subtle but stunning! Not sure what you've been up to lately, but you look like you've struck gold woman! Thank you for sharing this info with me.💜
Thank you for this video... Your hair it’s absolutely beautiful 😍😍😍😍💕😘 I’m super inspired by your channel, it as helped me tremendously on my natural hair journey. Love and light
Great review and demo! My hair doesn't like the honey hydrate. Immediately after applying it, my hair felt hard. I use the oil, but add my favorites to it. I have the latte define, but I haven't tried it.
I had the opposite, the day I used it my twists looked great, after it dried my hair was parched. I was really disappointed because I love the almond jai and butter gel
Thank you so much! I just recently heard about Camille Rose from my sister (yesterday) and her stuff is SO popular here, I could only find the one product of the leave in set--the Honey, everything else was sold out and I didn't realize there were two other products to use with it! Sadly, they didn't sell the other two products anyway. Disappointed majorly! So I was like....."so what do I do with this stuff?" I just came across your video looking for reviews and this explained SO MUCH! Now, I have to find the other two products that go with it! I really need this line, my hair is bone dry ALL. YEAR. 'ROUND. I have not found a product, that I have not had to reapply at least one or twice in the day. And if this stays in hair THAT long? I definitely need this! Thanks for the review!
It would be much cheaper just to use the honey that you eat.....The results are even better with honey that you eat.....I have a feeling that Camille Rose Honey Hydrate Leave-In might actually be real honey that you eat being sold at higher prices....
love your reviews...thank you girl...have you tried the curlmix flaxseed gel and moisturizer yet..........my texture is like yours so most of the products you have liked has worked for my hair...i will be trying these
These did nothing for me, but were ridiculously expensive. I may try the honey again. The latte leaves my hair dry and the oil is just oil. There's better out there. Yes being in the UK I can see it being expensive. The food smell is fun especially if you have to do a child's hair. But yes it is nice when brands have nice clean smelling products as well. Hopefully you will be able to find the products that work best on your hair. Much love!

Good review, and I really like the Define which works well for my fine hair for two strand twists.

That is necause unlike most other "honey" hairlines honey is the first product in this one.
😂
I love the detail you go into in describing the products! I love Camille Rose naturals and I use quite a few of their products. It's expensive but totally worth the price!
I really appreciate your thoroughness in reviewing products.
Thank you for noticing. I appreciate you. Much love!
I love this line combined with the curl maker!

Ahh! Thank you for that tip! OK will do so, thank you!
So pretty!! I like product's you look flawless your skin complex so clear, love your earrings☺
Aww thank you honey!
Try putting the honey hydrate last after the cream it won't be so sticky to comb through. The slip is amazing
Arielle Pierre- Louis ahh for me the honey hydrate worked well when I mixed it with curlmaker it gave me a lot of moisture ! Doesn’t work as a leave in if applied first

Good for low porosity hair? I'm assuming honey one=humectant(s).
The aloe in the honey leave-in is not good for low porosity hair.
@@SecretplaceintheGlory I have low porosity hair and this is my favorite product
@@SecretplaceintheGlory it actually is
Love your look here, Michelle. You're stunning!
Aww thanks so much sis!!
Ghana Goddess You're welcome.
You are beautiful and your makeup is flawless, I know that this an older video but what lip color is that?

Thank you so much. I was wondering why why the leave in was numbered.
You are most welcome love!
These are not supposed to be used as a detangler only as a leave-in conditioner before applying the sealant and styler.
I sincerely need the shadow & lip you're wearing for the first 5 minutes?! ❤️💜
The lip is Colorpop Limbo lined with Chestnut from MAC and Summer Daze (the blue lip gloss) over it. And my eyeshadow is Makeup forever in M 608

Sad im watching this now and they changed around the ingredients in the honey one 😢
Hey, boo.

These did nothing for me, but were ridiculously expensive. I may try the honey again. The latte leaves my hair dry and the oil is just oil. There's better out there. The food smells are a bit much. I'd love to see a natural line that smelled like salon stuff i.e just clean. Entwine smells like that, but again does nothing for my hair.
Yes being in the UK I can see it being expensive. The food smell is fun especially if you have to do a child's hair. But yes it is nice when brands have nice clean smelling products as well. Hopefully you will be able to find the products that work best on your hair. Much love!
Me too just dont get why anyone wants their hair to smell of food?! But CRN are A+ products. Wish she would do clean salon scents too!
Valerie Valerie why do you want your hair to smell like chemicals??
Would you use the honey one as your L instead of the white one.
I use the honey first as my leave in and the cream last
I like your videos, but not your UA-cam name. It's ungodly.
Tval valdary Dr.Michelle is ungodly?? Are you well??
