So i put the call out to friends instead of family, and help was generous and swift. ( situation, homeless blind cousin needs help getting furniture out of storage after six weeks homelessness, just found new flat. She's sleeping on floor with no fridge. The problem is yes I am the 10 of wands..urgency..i must get everything in to the LTB by the deadline to be heard..LTB is a legal facility...but when I reach out for legal help It is just a waste of time. I have reaching out for so ling..since 2021 but have got no help as needed..i need a lawyer and can afford none ..can get none...$30,000 for the retainer please...i do not have that money. So I am.trying to work through it all myself.
There is too much legal abuse of process and procedure from the other side and his enablers for me to overcome this on my own. I cannot for example access the evidence without a lawyer. The lawyer is the one that needs to do this...same with.summons of witnesses.
