OUTSTANDING , that vocalist !!
It’s not a surprise knowing how capable Charlie and Alex are but the vocals and bassist are fucking killing it! Amazing performances all the way around...keep em coming!
To get the gig in Suicidal Tendencies you have to be an amazing bass player, Mike Muir sure knows how to pick 'em
Crobot is fucking great. Seen them live twice. Love the vibe they put off...
@@TheOingyBoingy I was just going to say the same thing. You have to shred to be in ST.
That keyboardist is one helluva air drummer ;-)
You can tell he's a real drummer because he knows exactly where, when, and how to hit. I always love multi-instrumentalists including Geddy.
@@pip5528 you clearly missed the joke... Hes a Drummer not a Keyboardist by trade. *facepalms*
This is all that's right in the world.
Charlie releasing these videos has become one of the silver linings, in a very bad situation, for me.
Does it look like they had a blast or what?!
🤘🏻😝🇨🇦
This Shows That THRASH Musicians Not Only Have TALENT But APPRECIATION For ALL MUSIC!! Well Done Guys!!
Ask any metal head what their favorite band is and 90% of the time they will say Rush. So, this is a natural song for them to play, it doesn't "show" anybody anything.
Anthrax Fans: We need more Charlie content
Charlie: Open your mouth and take this
I like how its not just a song they are playing. They have Really have captured, or are possessed by the essence of it. Great experience guys, thanks!
Thinking of a friend and gentleman who passed away yesterday who had a record shop in ennis co clare Ireland who championed rock and heavy metal and loved rush . Raising a glass and playing this in your memory. And a great drummer to boot. He would love this . RIP Dave.
Fantastic. You can’t just fake this music, everybody has to be on point.
GREEEEEEAAAAAAAATTTTTTT. Greetings from Portugal. I love Rush too. And Suicidal, and Anthrax, and Testament...
Wow! Simply awesome! Thanks Charlie, Alex, Ra and Brandon \m/
Charlie- focused and in the zone
Alex- focused and in the zone
Ra- groovin' and having the time of his life
Best Rush cover EVER! RIP Neil.
Another outstanding Rush cover over at Two Minutes to Late Night. Anthem. Check it out.
Yeah.......might wanna check out Primus covering Rush.....not that these guys aren't great, but Primus takes it to another level.
A masterpiece, just beautiful!! 🤘
Well that put a smile on my face. Thanks!
What a fricken amazing cover. Brandon’s voice is PERFECT for this. More Rush PLEASE! Do we have to beg? 🙏
Great tribute!
These are fun man!!!! Thanks!!!!
Here i am,watching someone like Charlie Benante messing around with his friends, playing Rush tunes. Sometimes good things actually come to those who wait :)
I can't adequately express the joy I feel watching musicians perform the music that was a foundation of my early years. You seem to enjoy playing it as much as I do listening to it. RIP Neil, and happiness and health to Geddy, Alex, and all their fans.
Yeah!!Very Very Good!Fantastic band and sound!:) :D :D
My favorite song off of my favorite RUSH album. I wore the grooves off this record back in the 80s in high school (as well as Spreading the Disease- ha) and I must say that ya'll absolutely nailed it. Completely bad ass in every respect.
Great shirt Charlie
Once coronavirus is over, Charlie, Alex, and Ra should start a power trio supergroup. These jam sessions more than justify it.
The keyboard player is a great Drummer, Brandon Yeagley What a great singer he is.
Another great cover guy's & a great spirit lifter in these troubled time's.
awesome raw sound!
Awesome! Vocals were spot on!
DAAAAAAANG! This was absolutely smokin'! Ra is just friggin' killing it!! I'm a drummer, but Ra is my new favorite bass player.
That was excellent guys, the choice for vocals was a great fit, not many can sing Gedys stuff without sounding way off or ridiculous! Badass rendition!
Have you heard Devin Townsend's take on "Natural Science"? It's awesome.

@@preflex3502 no I haven't, i will have to check that out, I love his work!
Those bass runs give me life today. Literally. SO GOOD! I will make it through this day... by listening to it again.
Well done. Nice one Guys. Be Well.🖖🎼🎸🎶🎹🎶🥁🎶🎙🎵🎶🕉
Living in Australia and waking up to this stuff every other morning is sensational. So many side project opportunities presenting once this pandemic is done with. As a lifelong fan from in 80's I would never have dreamed this kinda collaboration stuff possible. Totally nailed this track, and what a way for Brandon to introduce himself!!! Charlie wearing the Aja Tee, what an album that is too.
That was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! Thank you so much for that...PLEASE, keep em comin!!!🤘🤘
Killer! Thanks, guys
Jayzuz!!! MORE PLEASE MORE! The Camera Eye!
This really put a smile on my face. First thing in the morning. One of my favorite songs. Great version. Great work. Thanks.
Musicianship at its finest...you cannot find a more difficult band to tribute and you guys nailed it. Keep the Rush comin'...
I am enjoying this too much. Amazing spiritual connection in which harmony knows no boundaries.
totally excellent guys!.. a great tribute to ...in my humble opinion....the greatest band ever.....RUSH !
RIP Neil. He's certainly living on eternally and through your great tribute. God bless.
My favorite channel since quarantine
Ra is an undiscovered gem in the bass world! Awesome stuff.
That was simply amazing! Brandon's voice is an incredible hommage to Geddy Lee. This brought warmth to my heart and a tear to my eyes.
AWESOME! That sound that Alex has going is perfect for this song. Killer bass and vocal performances. Awesome keyboard/air drumming support. And last but certainly not least Charlie is tearing it UP! while sporting that Aja shirt. Kudos!
I love full band covers. This one was really really good. I watched it like 20 times and I can't get enough. You inspire me to become a better musician. Stay safe
NICE JOB BOYS PROPS THEY WERE MY FAV BAND GROWING UP. WELL DONE!!!
Unreal!!!!! And I mean. That!!!! All the guys are great!!!!!!!!!
These videos are fantastic. The concept is brilliant. Lockdown or whatever, keep it up! THANK YOU!
Right on fellas !......🙏🏻👍🏻💪🏻
Fantastic job! Loved it.
Astonishing rendition of the emblematic RUSH song! We want more!!
Not much of a thrash metal guy, not sure who these guys are, but they are killing it! Bravo gentlemen!
The guitarist is Alex scholnick mostly know for Testament, drummer is Charlie Benante, best known for Anthrax plays drums, writes a lot of the guitar riffs and oversees all the bands artwork. The other guys I don't know but they are awesome.
Thanks Charlie for amazing songs 🎶🎼🎵🤘🏽
Keep revisiting this every alternate day. Best of all the covers so far.
bass player is having WAY to much fun... oh wait, RnR IS FUN!!!!.
Talent is talent. No boundaries or limits. I'm more of a metalhead and as soon as I saw this lineup covering a very difficult song from Rush, I had no doubt it would be killer, and I'm so not disappointed. Wow, I probably played this like 8 times in a row. Very well done. If any good came from the quarantine, it's gems like this!!
This is a perfect example of the talent of Rush. It took 5 awesome musicians to pull it off. Well done, regardless.
Unreal. Just...unreal. NAILED. IT.
All you mates are OUTSTANDING. Thank you thank you THANK YOU for this! Huge Rush fan and also fellow drummer, Neil's death really hit me hard. This means a LOT and y'all knocked it out of the PARK! Also, Brandon, holy shit mate. Well done!
I've been watching Crobot since before they were "oh, my G-d, it's...", and even opened for an earlier version at the Funhouse in Bethlehem, PA. All these years later, Brandon is still one of my favorite singers.
PHENOMINAL version, y'all!!
This is absolutely Awesome 🤘
Ohh no no no lol . incredible guys!!!! Excellent rhythm excellent time congratulations Charlie and Friends!!!
Very awesome!!! I'm still in disbelief that he passed.
Bravo guys. Alex. Hope to see you and Stu again soon. Be safe all of you guys. "RUSH ON"
Charlie on the keys- air drumming on the choruses is both awesome and hilarious!! Love it!
Dude, these Rush covers you guys are doing are freaking INSANE! Keep it up man!!! Please!!!!
Thanks for doing these!!
Most Excellent !!
I can not stop smiling and give thanks for the great affection that you put in these songs. long live the professor
Absolutely sensational guys....I'm whooping like a kid here at 54 👏👏👍
Hot damn!!! I'm speachless. That was amazing!!
Damn! They absolutely murdered that in the good way. Wow. That guitarist is great.
That guitarist is the great Alex Skolnick of the band Testament. Terribly underrated, but imho, one of the greats... and also a very humble person.
Very well orchestrated. This goes to show how complex it is to preform songs by Rush. It takes 5 musicians to do what 3 musicians did on their own. Great vocals, the bassist nailes it and Alex is in his element. Charlie, you deserve the utmost respect. You did an excellent job on the drums. You are a true percussionist.
Props, bros!!!😉👍
Well Done, guys!!!😎
Fantastic! Brought me joy
i love how charlie nails the drum part while playing keyboard. this rocks
singers got it yall
So good it brought a tear to my eye!
Love the T-shirt you got on Charlie one of the greatest albums ever. Aja!!!!! With the maestro Steve gadd.
Rock the Fü€k out of those drums dale!
I’m in heaven. This is a stellar tribute. It sounds incredible.
Bravo, Bravíssimo, Sons of Rush!!!
Rawk!On Charlie! that was Awesome thanks for sharing
ERMAFERGENGHERD. One of my favorite drummers playing one of my favorite Rush tracks with some of my absolute favorite musicians. Who said nothing great can come from the epidemic? I say they are wrong, so very wrong! (Chawlie...you are my hero for this wearing my favorite Steely Dan shirt, too!)
That was absolutely BOSS! Excellent cover guys. 🔥🔥
i was a bit worried about the vocals before he started singing, but my worries were totally unfounded. killed it, vocally, musically, everything ! thank you from new york city !
I remember meeting Neil and others in my Aunt Alice's kitchen in Toronto when I was too young to realize who they were! By 5ish I figured it out☺. My Cousin was Drummer in Helix and they used to play highschool gyms all over the place, Rush played at Brock Highschool in Burlington and I went to see them with my Grandmother(lived a couple blocks away) and that was when I would figure it out! My favorite memory as a single digit metalhead! Thanks Charlie and Pal's☺! Love the new record Alex!
Bravo gentlemen!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Wow, absolutely incredible. Thank you.
Holy shit this is good!!
Just fantastic 💥👏👏👏👏👏
Muito bom, e emocionante. ..Very Thank's!
Sapucaia Rio Grande do Sul Brasil 👊
So good! 🤘🏻
Awesome! My 1st Rush song that I ever heard was back in 1992 (Red Barchetta) off Moving Pictures. Been a Fan since... Rest In Paradise Neil...
Somewhere, The Professor is smiling that wry grin...
