I tried AnythingLLM a few months ago, and it took me a while to even see a small benefit against paid services. I really want to see open source in this area succeed. But you don't cover any examples use cases, or any pitfalls or criticism of their design. I know it sucks to hear it as an open source tool but without that we don't improve. For me the setup for ollama should be easier, it takes many interactions to get it working for local onlym and it doesn't suggest what models will actually work well for an agent. Surely an instruct model will work better as an agent that the chat model you suggested in the video. Just want to make others aware.
You and parson ai have option for lisen audio in spanish! Thanks, what tool use for this?? Is good tts! And shure nots normal transcription, maybe first whisper? Thanks
That was fantastic. I love the fact that you can pull up the source for each of the tools. I wonder how hard it would be to run different agent tools on different hardware, spreading out the load for complex projects. Are the tools blocking or can they be used async?
One small thing, many of us who are from the United States find the example you used very painful. I moved to Europe because, I could see where the election was going. That does not make it any less painful to see.
