I’ve been surprised no one has been talking about La Perla Luminous! It’s beautiful and now that I’ve finally seen a couple reviews, I bet it’s going to blow up!
La Perla signature and Luminous are the best from the brand to me. Smelled the entire line but the other fragrances did speak to my soul. Plus, signature and luminous are both cost effective.

I ❤️ Absolute Aphrodisiac. Oud For Greatness is good but smells too masculine in the dry down for me. I am on the fence about Baby Cat. I would need to smell it first .
Soooo happy I didn't blind buy Absolute A .... it's way too animalic on my skin , imo , I want to like it , have tried but I kind find it nauseating ....🙄 Mizensir has some beautiful fragrances..... I don't have a fb from the house yet , but I do plan at some point adding a Mizensir fragrance
Possibilities is white floral but that’s it re how similar they are. On my skin, Possibilities is much spicier and deeper than Rouge Malachite - but not blind buy safe. The other La Perlas in the red bottles are similar to Possibilities (stronger and deeper) and lovely, but all are not blind buy safe.
I don't find them similar. Sultan for me is much more about the cedar and a rich vanilla, vanilla ice cream type of vanilla for me - it's also a bit more wow factor for me. I also don't find it animalic, where absolute aphrodisiac is very animal to me. 💗
I wonder if Luminous smells close to their discontinued La Mia Perla? Love La Mia, had to buy a backup bottle after I found out it was not coming back... Thank you!
@thesimplechiclife I bought that as a blind buy and its fabulous...hands down my best BB purchase. Cheap too, I think I got it for around 30-40$ on Ebay. Husband loves it on me too

I tried absolute aphrodisiac this past weekend. I’m on the fence as well. It wasn’t bad at all but it wasn’t🥰🥰 love at first sniff

How is Absolute Aphrodisiac different from Babycat, which one is more leathery?
Spring and summer is tough for us woodsy lovers. I do not like fruity or floral. Do not like aquatic at all. Don't like citrus. Ugh 😣

Isn’t Sultan Royal Crown similar to ABSOLUTE Aphrodisiac?
I don't find them similar. Sultan for me is much more about the cedar and a rich vanilla, vanilla ice cream type of vanilla for me - it's also a bit more wow factor for me. I also don't find it animalic, where absolute aphrodisiac is very animal to me. 💗
