Cute, quick question about how you handle the back sides of the pages that are not the active ones that you are journaling on? Like before the 22 here or after the weekend, you would be using a different page for those weeks, so what do you do with the in between pages?

I used to get eye twitches all of the time. Getting more sleep helps and also cutting back on caffeine.

For me, eye twitching is stress-related. If it’s accompanied by pain or vision issues especially, you should have it looked at.
