Nice video! I do a lot of winter sowing. My favorite thing to seal up the containers is blue painters tape. When the seeds begin to sprout and grow, you can unseal it and seal it back up easily. Very easy. I’m interested to see maybe in the fall the comparison of how your two seed starting methods different with the resultant coneflowers!

I tried blue painters tape last year and it didn't hold up to our rain unfortunately

Is worth a try. But really, only cold hardy annuals. It depends on how cold you get too
