It takes balls of steel to induce the exchanges beginning with g6-g5 hxg hxg f4 g4 fxe gxh Kxh and see that after Ng5+ Kh4 there was no way for white king to get rid of the last black pawn - not by distraction with e5-e6, not by g3-g4, not with e-e4 or simply Kh5-Kg6 as in the game.
