    Thanks very much for sharing, really valuable information and removes the fear factor from the valve clearance check for the first timer. I don't understand why anyone would thumbs down this video, I mean seriously, someone takes the time to explain something clearly and thoroughly, what more could you possibly want?

      I couldn't find any videos on anyone adjusting valves on these yet...so had to throw something up! Haha

    Try to check the valves without removing the orange clip. If the exhaust cam lever slides out of position it can be a bear to slide back into position. To check the right exhaust valves may require a narrow feeler gauge with this orange clip in place (purchase one).

      I was thinking the same, I've read people having issues with the shim moving out of position etc. I'll try with the clip in place and see how it goes.

      there are 2 little spacer type sleeves on each side the clip goes on. you have to slide them both towards left side of bike. you can feel them with your finger. hope this helps

    PLEASE show in the video on actually checking the valves AND how to replace the shims if it needs it. You didn’t show adjusting the valves at all
