You really need to revisit some parts of your documentary. KHB went first to Ghana, his friend Kwame had called him to practice medicine as medical Doctor. Everything after this is documented. But well, HKB was a peoples person, so focused. In a country filled with tribalism he knew had to insert a new system to benefit everyone. Though others thought it's discriminatory but it was for the good of the Nation because it protected the minority. Well now HKB was extraordinary when you try to see actions during the apartheid in RSA. He was dicisive and made a point that i will do one thing at a point and later do another. No African leader had done this. No one supported Europeans and opposed them as HKB did. For.a fact everything is there. This extends to the.apartheid RSA. The guy was jus too good for Africa. Well, he was educated in Europe and America. He had top notch school. But this wasn't enough for Malawi nor Africa. At Independence African leaders wanted instant handover of government affairs. Well very few Africans had the expertise and qualifications run government affairs. So this meant a different approach and HKB advocated for returning British staff in the interim until University of Malawi was set and people were trained outsude Malawi for Management positions in Government.
