😂😂😂You had me rolling when you said Ion know who those 3.5 people are.😂😂😂 I have been eating the whole bag even before shrinkflation. I will be sharing my Amazon prime day haul on Monday or Tuesday waiting on my large ticket item I found some great deals.
My sister start shopping at your local Hispanic market, you can buy a lot of that in bulk very very inexpensively, use there weekly ad and shop the produce deals. Tomatoes avocadoes, onions and other produce are usually always on sale each week, jalapenos etc
If you go to your local Indian market you can buy whole bags of almonds for $12 dollars or so depending on the market so shop around and you can make your own almond butter in the blender, heb has a sale in pineapple season in pineapples for a dollar buy them in bulk process and freeze them, also you can buy bulk spice at the Indian market very very inexpensively
I do.. I have posted a lot of vlogs with me shopping at the Indian grocery. The market here that I use to shop at is off of Airline. It's 40 min away from me. So for quick runs I shop mainly Aldi
I also grow my own herbs and dry my own spices. Welcome to the channel

Supermarkets in usa . Food4less . Foodmaxx. Walmart. El super. 99 cent store. Vallarta supermarket. These stores have really good buys on produce. And meat.

Hi Helen! You can try putting the 2 cantaloupes in a brown paper bag and put them in a dark cabinet for a few days. How you would know they are ripe. You'll start to smell the sweetness of the cantaloupes. You put in the brown paper bag.

I make my Hemp milk also and sweeten with Agave. It’s so easy to do. And Saturday morning lives would be great!!
Kimchi is raw…. All the veggies in it goes in raw. You should be ok eating it on your raw diet. You’re making me want to give it a try. I think I did it for 7 days last year. I really need a reset. Thx 4 sharing Helen!!

Nice haul, and those wraps look delicious. I've made my own coconut milk. Although it's not raw, there's nothing like the taste of fresh homemade milk without the artificial ingredients. I will will try making some walnut milk next. Awesome video! Thanks Helen ❤😊

I bought 2 of the perfumes you suggested for Prime and those Poppi's that you used to drink and got me HOOKED on. Is there any particular reason you no longer drink those? I loved this video. I might consider going raw for 14 days just to start out. Those Kroger salad kits would probably make that process a lot easier for me

Do you do other work beside social media(UA-cam,IG,TikTok,etc.) to earn a living? This intense heat will make you tired or sleepy-it’s overwhelming🥵. Kinda want to try the raw diet but want to make sure I’m not deficient in nutrients. I like how you are so creative and experimental with meals & juices. Also, do you not rinse your prepackaged greens off before eating? Curious because of how ppl have gotten sick and/or died from not rinsing off even though it says prerinsed.
