4gb ram with snapdrag chip set will hardly cope with this one, what more with lower chipset and refresh rate devices. Also, PGR was an expeption. PGR is way small and playable than this in low spec phones. So don't expect too much, when playing in weak devices.
I don't think it's as demanding as genshin currently but honestly it looks way better than genshin on mobile I play on the highest setting and it doesn't look as good

They're favoring the apple, iphones again just like genshin. I've seen gameplay from recent top android devices, it's a lot worse than this, texture and resolution certainly noticeably worse.
its not about favoring tbh, because iPhones have less variants while android has many. so it is easier to develop for iPhones. but it will run good on all devices hopefully because kuro has good track record of optimization.
